Not only did this product not work, it smelt worse than the urine itself and seemed to attract the cat to urinate there more. Total waste of money, would not recommend to anyone ever.

Using this product to clean up after our loveable but all too rambunctious puppy. On hard surfaces (floor and tiles), it works perfectly - works better than other cleaners at the market, and doesn't have a chemical smell to it during application. On carpeting, it doesn't fare as well, requiring other cleaners to complete cleaning - but otherwise it's a pretty satisfying product.

On the corner of my rug a cat peed. Not a huge area but all the same the smell was awful. I purchased one bottle of Rufus & Coco Wee Away. Read the instructions and went to work on the area. Thought it was all good. Not so.. couple of days later the smell came back. So, once again I performed a clean on the area and underneath. Well this continued for a few days until the bottle was finished. So if you want my opinion don't buy this product. It advertises something it can not deliver.

I purchased this when I got a puppy who was peeing everywhere in the house I cleaning the floor sprayed wee away daily for a week excluding the laudry area near the back door to lure her in the right Direction. Worked like a charm she was left with two choices the laudry or outside and choose outside from there on.

Product didn't work for me on my woollen rug. Stain is still there even though I used an entire bottle. Wrote to the company asking for refund and advice as they promote having a money back guarantee. Haven't had a response in weeks. Very dissapointed

What an awesome product. I have a household of 3 dogs, soon to be 4. I first discovered Wee Away when looking for a cheaper alternative to a well known urine remover. I found the Wee Away has a much more pleasant smell and does a better job of removing the urine, it even works on old stains.

My elderly cat decided to urinate in my spare room. The smell was horrendous !!! After using your spray the odor has gone and so are a couple of previous stains. I would certainly recommend it.

We are absolutely gob smacked at how well this product works. With a new puppy in the house we are trying to house train, having just ran out of the product we are really noticing how successful it was.

Off to the shops in the morning for some more, and thinking we may just have to add Pee here to this list too!

I have tried so many products and natural remedies to try and remove dog urine from concrete and nothing has worked properly. This product is amazing, it works! It would be great if there was an option to buy it in a bigger size.

My mother is a pensioner who has been using this product for ages thinking it's working when in fact she's just used to the smell. I'm now having to fix her whole house, thanks to your garbage product and her spending hundreds of dollars thinking it works.

This product works when used correctly-wouldn't be without it- I have and do recommend it for all pet owners- thanks for a product that does what it says it will!

I used this for my toddlers cot matress. I brought it from woolworths for $13 and it was a small bottle and decided to use it based on the reviews I read. I used it twice and put the matress in the sun to dry each time. It made no difference to the stains and didn't remove them. Complete waste of money

I bought a new collar for my dog. the old one has lasted about 5 years. After only a few weeks the plastic/metal lookalike little bones on the collar began to fall off. Next the toggle on the buckle fell off making the collar completely useless. I contacted Rufus and Coco and was told how great their testing and products are...?????
No apologies no replacement .... only to take it back to Woolworths for a refund. Ok! Perhaps Woolworths might not want to continue this product if people bring them back as faulty.

Finally a product you can get in Australia that actually works! I do wish it came in bigger bottles, but I really don't care as long as it works! Thankgod I finally found something.

After reading numerous glowing reviews on this product online I decided to give this product a try and I'm so very glad I did. I volunteer for a dog rescue group as a foster carer. Of course, as to be expected, not all foster dogs are house trained upon arrival so unfortunately new dogs would immediately gravitate towards 'house accidents' from earlier dogs and attempt to lay claim to that spot too! No amount of cleaning worked until I used this product on the area - it was like watching them suddenly & completely lose track of the scent, it was perfect!! Having this around has definitely saved my sanity and my carpets!!

I'm so glad I decided to try this. We've had a new kitten in the family for about a month and 80% of the time he'd pee in corners of rooms. Not only that but he peed very frequently. Everything I tried failed to stop him, and I never gave urine cleaner much consideration because he didn't appear to smell the ground before going like other cats. But I got this product out of desperation and just a few days in it helped tremendously. Today is the first entire day he hasn't had an accident, he went to his litter box every time. Bought a bottle of Wee Away out of sheer curiosity after bringing home a new puppy... and I wasn't disappointed. The product works brilliantly on all urine, animal poo and vomit, whether old or new. I've tried most of the biological cleaners out there, and this is the very best. Has a lovely citrus fragrance too, making sure your home smells clean and fresh.
Works like magic, even on big messes, nice fragrance, easy to use, safe around animals and children.
Wish it came in bigger bottles!
