This is the worst mop I have owned. The strings constantly get caught up and you can wring our the water without taking it apart each time. Complete waste of money

Don't waste your money!! Terrible product!
Mop doesn't even wring out water! The mop yarn is like a $2 hair wig, doesn't clean, doesn't catch water, just makes a big mess with water streaks and puddles everywhere. Straight from my kitchen floor to the rubbish bin were it belongs!

I brought this product recently and I can't seem to remove the mop head so I can put it in the washing machine to clean it .I have watched a Video but my mop head didn't seem come off .
Any suggestions would be helpful .
