So far this has been a great tablet. It does everything I would expect it to do and I'm very happy with it. It browses quickly and is easy to use. The storage seems adequate so far but it's really too soon to tell. Have to wait and see after it's had a few updates.

I was given this tablet and it has come in very handy for work. I use it to show photos to clients, it makes a good sized portfilio of current work photos. Havent used the other apps much. Quick, easy to use, like having a large phone in your handbag.

The tablet has great quality applications, easy to operate and very easy to install apps. I was a bit disappointed that the back key does not light up. It is a bit hard especially in the dark to see the button. Other than that, I use it almost everyday as my TV remote, amplifier remote etc. It has been helpful to have all things in one. Touch screen can sometimes lag, but other than that, very good.

I bought this at a silent charity auction so did not put in any research prior to bidding. It is a very basic, entry level tablet and a great size for travel or occasional use. I personally prefer iPad given that there are more apps available and I prefer the apple format. The galaxy feels and looks cheaper than an iPad (which it is) so if that doesn't bother you then it could be a good budget option. I also like the option of being able to use a memory card to enhance storage. This would be a great first tablet for a child or student as it is affordable but still a quality Samsung product.

Replaced an older Ipad which failed with a new Samsung Tab A. Bought the Samsung cover to go with it. Great battery life, amazing screen and so fast and easy to use. Not one bad thing to say about this product. Best product yet.... Don't know what I did before Samsung.

I searched for an affordable tablet that I could buy for my children; that was good enough for them to use with various games and downloads. This has been perfect and although we will probably upgrade in the future- this device has been hard wearing and a handy size to pop into the kids bags during outings! We have had a cover on ours to keep them protected! Charging time hasn't been an issue and is comparative to other devices.

I honestly could not live without mine! fantastic product that always works consistently. i have not been able to stop bragging about this to my friends. Always so hesitant when swapping over from apple but this has proved me completely wrong. so easy to use and their customer service team are there to answer any questions i am after

Good Battery and software by Samsung but Camera is ordinary in this tablet.There are lot better tablets then this in market. I would prefer to buy 10 inch model. We use this tablet for business and product testing. Good for gaming and portable entertainment. I would recommend it for old people.

I had a play with both the Samsung and Lenovo tablet, as they were similarly priced, comparable in features and we wanted a simple tablet for our toddler for an upcoming long haul plane trip. I purchased this from Officeworks for $169.00 (it was their last one in stock) as it had sold out at Good Guys and JB Hi-Fi where I had gone to first - Obviously a sign it's a product in demand. Great price, good features and easy to use. Would be a bit helpful if the back key could light up like it does on phones. Other than that he loves it. He uses it as a remote, sound eq checker and everything. He finds it easy to read and use which is helpful as he is not tech savvy. All apps are easily downloaded onto it & the screen is big enough. The touch is a bit stuffy but besides that spot on good.

This tablet A is the best thing a have ever brought. It makes my life easy to manage with banking, paying bills and so on. I would not give it up for the world. And when i up grade i will be buying another samsung for sure next time. Can not do with out it now . I think i am in love.

We bought a white version for my son (6 yo) and he loves it. The screen is a bit small, but for the price it is awesome. It plays all the games we download, has plenty of hard drive space and doesn't lag. It boots up quickly too. Sound quality is very good and is chargable via mini USB which is better than my old tablet as I have heaps of spare cables and it can be connected to PC for tranfers too. Very happy with this purchase.

Its functional, economical and has the perfect size. Its a really amazing purchase. Excellent brand too... I really think Samsung is one of the best technology brands. WiFi works perfextly and i use it sometimes as a phone to send and receive calls. It can be carried with a case and it doesnt take too much space.

Light weight and sturdy, have dropped it only on carpet but no dents or scratches and have used it constantly since given to me for my 60th birthday. I have a cover only for the back and sides purchased seperately online.
Easily cleaned and no problem connecting it anywhere i travel.

I bought this product for my teenager. It works well and does what is required of it. but has rather a flimsy feel to it. My teenager complains that the backlighting is not great and that the battery life could be longer. Other than that, there have been no real issues with it. I have used it occasionally and I find it okay. It is certainly not an expensive item but it does do what is required of it.

I have avoided electronic devices for years as I find them more of a headache than I can take being a more mature individual

Smooth screen, great touch interface, great apps. Good quality pixel images and software. I have used this against the Apple Ipad and this is just about as good as that if not better in all the above ways. Cheaper than the iPad and compared to the Surface it is more usable

The Galaxy Tab A is a fantastic tablet for our young to play early child hood games on. The play store gives Children access to so many amazing games and photo editing filter apps to use with such a clear camera on the back of the tablet. The android os on this tablet makes is easy and fun for people of all ages.

New and different. Well computerised hardware and software. Great features and different design. Easy to use, fast and safe. Touch screen, WiFi access to use internet connection. It works perfectly for me. I love it. Samsung Galaxy tab A is one of the best in the market nowadays. Try it.

Recently got this tablet, its great for on the go especially if you have young kids and have to travel in the car or go out for tea to keep them occupied. Excellent graphics. Charge doesnt last long though which is a bit annoying. Other than than excellent product. Would recommend

I find it works for most things I require: emails, games and travel. I'm not a big user.
Not as heavy as my last 10.2" model and fits into my bad a lot easier.
The only thing, it might close down for no reason and can be a bit annoying.

Bought mine 6 years ago, these tablets are great never letting you down, prices are not to bad, will get another if this one ever falls off the perch, great for YouTube emails Skype, good battery life very reliable, it holds heaps of music volume could be a bit better but that a minor fault

it is a good tablet considering the price. the tablet looks nice and screen is nice to touch. i mean the screen is user friendly. especially when i am watching a full hd movie at night. white color is my color. my wife likes it too. it is been one year

It's a great tablet for kids considering the price we paid for it. The kids mode is very handy to keep kids in control. It can handle all the tasks well except the screen brightness. It seems a little dark for me. I only used it to check emails and read news while my kid is at school. And the radio is my favourite too. I love listening to radio when I am doing my housework.

It's bit slow when you press it,sometimes too slow,and the battery round out so quick I only can use it for not more than 30mins everytime so I don't use much at all,but it's small and can ring people so sometimes I sit use it for facetime,because the price it's alright that's why I brought.
