I use the tablet the tablet for work when I am not at work, its easy to store, carry and use. Its fast, smooth operating and connects quickly to the internet with the cellular function. I'd recommend it to everyone on the run

Bought my iPad July 2021 and within a short time it had overlay issues in ‘mail’. This means you cannot read an email because another email’s text lays over the top. I have Apple Care and have had multiple ‘experts’, have had to be on the phone hours on end and had to totally re format the iPad as a double check for the ‘engineers’ (not able to use a backup), which took 7 hours. I am still without a functional device. They have logged in to my device so they can see the evidence and have screenshots and videos of the error. Yet they still pass ...

I was told they’d send a replacement (I don’t live anywhere near an Apple Store) but they want to take a credit on my card before they will!! I have paid for this near new device & they want me to pay again????? I have been paying monthly Apple Care & they won’t call when agreed…nor actually do something. So all I can say is avoid Apple like the plague (or Covid) and definitely Apple Care is useless. The Philippine ‘experts’ don’t help & won’t refer you higher because they want their commission. Poor form from Apple! I am so disappointed and cannot recommend either the iPad or the service at all. It’s a huge risk!Purchased in .

My iPad Air 4 is only 3 months old and now won’t charge so it’s useless. There’s no Apple store where I live and no repairer so I have no way of getting it fixed. They should not be able to sell products that are not fit for purpose.

Lightweight and easy to use. The finger lock sensor isn’t the best as it doesn’t pick up the finger print every time so I don’t use it.
I have had for over 6 months now and no complaints. It’s the easiest and most convenient tablet for me to use, only thing, the typing suddenly makes really loud noise like sounds, click click all of a sudden when I’m typing, so I turned off and on again, not sure why this happens.
Otherwise, ease of use and format is fantastic. Camera is good too.

Bought this ipad a few month back. Excellent performance and fits beautifully with the magic keyboard. The batteries last longer than my previous ipad gen 6.
Love the slimline and feel of it. Do not regret buying it.

I recently purchased this iPad for my daughter, and like most Android users I bought it with scepticism. To my amazement on unboxing, I noticed it's sleek design as it was quite attractive (lol). But the best part is how my daughter was able to quickly learn the functions like closing and opening the iPad and all its features (camera, YouTube and other apps) and she's only 4 years old. I truly recommend this to any parent who is looking for something relatively affordable to buy their child as I am now looking into buying an iPhone for myself. (Maybe. Lol)

Premium device, without the Pro Price
I love this new iPad Air 4 Gen model, it has most of the Pro features, has a premium feel, and it performs exactly what is expected in a tablet priced in its range. Having bought from the Apple store because my telco and other electronics stores have no stock, it’s obvious this is a very popular device to be sold out everywhere else.

This device almost continuously asks me to enter or put in a new apple id.
Then it sends an email to a friends ipad with a code that i have to put in.
Then it asks me for a new password as i cant use a previously used password.
I wont be buying apple again. Its driving me crazy.

I am very disappointed with my iPad 4. I have had it 13 months, 3 weeks after the warranty expired it performed an update. The iPad will now not turn on, I have tried all the tips, nothing works. Apple quote around $600 to repair (that’s if it is repairable ). After spending over $1000 on it I am extremely upset
