waited 30 years for this
I have never owned a television because I think they are ugly. That and I am not interested in commercial television and feel like my brain is exploding when exposed to it. And thus I have not had a TV in my home for my entire adult life. Until now. With the rise of streaming, my family and I have watched more and more films and series- especially since the quality is so good these days and there are so many non-commercial options.

eded a screen that would allow them to have shared experiences. Enter the Frame. Technically it is flawless. We stream Netflix, ABCiView and Stan, and watch DVDs. We can also use our laptops and phones on the display. I live in an old house and have hung a ribbon behind it to make it look like it is hanging from the picture rail, and we choose lovely art to display when the device is not in use. The smallest version is what we purchased, and it is perfect for our 1935 bungalow lounge.Purchased in May 2021 at Harvey Norman.

Adds another dimension to TV
The wall mounting system for this is as good as you can get with a flush fit to the wall and optical connection to the main controller board
Picture quality is really good and frame mode gives a great ambience to the room with a real picture effect rather than a slideshow. Having said that there is no slideshow in frame mode which does not make sense. It's good as a regular TV or monitor. On the downside typical samsung badly written software which makes normal operation clumsy. Mobile connection is unreliable with the Samsung app. Phone or tablet constantly needs re authorising with remote
Purchased in June 2021 for $2,800.00.
