Poor quality -- poor customer service
I bought a Q80R, but the ARC-HDMI connection would not work. After four remote connections by Level 1 and Level 2 Samsung customer service staff, they confirmed the TV (with One Connect box) was set up correctly, and they -- like me -- could get the sound bar working via ARC. However, it would not work after the system was stopped then re-started.
Next, I was sent to a service centre some distance away. Now two weeks later, I called them as they had not contacted me to tell me the main board needed replacing. They contacted Samsung spare parts...Read more
who said it might take a week to see if they had one. That's such awful treatment by Samsung, my advice is do NOT buy a Samsung soundbar. Yes, it did work via optical cable, BT and WiFi, and the sound quality was good. Still and all, I've paid my money and do NOT have a sound bar. Mercifully our retailer, David Barker Appliances came to our rescue with a replacement soundbar. I give their Rosebud store 10/10 for customer service.
Purchased in August 2021 at Stratco SA, Mount Barker for A$1,299.00.

Another week has gone by and all I have had is meaningless words from Samsung and rudeness on the phone from the repairer who couldn't flick me quickly enough.

Thank you David Barker Appliances, Rosebud. The replacement unit you organised works perfectly.
However, I could rewrite Samsung's Soundbar install instructions where a OneConnect box is involved. There are tricks involved!
