Great start up Kayak for beginners, Stable and well appointed. This Kayak is a great way to start your kayak fishing adventures. It is light enough to easily load on roof racks and handle by yourself. The price is good for the quality and dealing with a reputable company makes it easy to order and to pimp.
Price, size and stability
Centre Storage Hatch to Shallow and compartments to small

with mu Tarpon 120 (same specs)I would take that out a bit wider on occasion (making sure experienced company pfd,s marine radio etc as when the weather changes unexpectedly 5Ks is a long paddle back against winds & tides) re the mods not sure but think its single shell cut circular hole in front of hatch then a 5.6ft should fit ? shark shield plenty of storage space. If offshore load some flotation in the hull a leak could be a big problem.
