Waste Of Money
We purchased the queen Manhattan Medium from Harvey Norman . After having Slumber King for over 30 years we decided for a change due to our old gel bed sagging . We both have back and neck problems and we were told not to go for the plush due 30% sagging . This is the worst mattress ever so hard that we have paid $165.00 for a topper . Both of us can not sleep on this and are so sore . Trying to make the bed is impossible because it is so heavy what a waste of money for us .
Purchased in May 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$2,099.00.

Absolutely perfect
The Sealy Posturepedic Manhattan Firm mattress is comfortable, firm, with a comfy gel top, supportive and just beautiful to sleep on. I googled reviews and was concerned it had not rated very well, but went with my gut feeling and ordered it regardless and I am so glad I did.
Purchased in September 2021 at Harvey Norman Retail Stores - Furniture for A$2,100.00.

Sealy Manhattan Medium! Terrible Mattress!!! Use if you want pain all over your body!!! And you don’t enjoy sleep!!
This mattress has been a terrible waste of money!! Completely not the comfort level trailed in Harvey Norman. Sealy wanted me to pay to have the mattress redone, when they collected it they supposedly did something to it!! Unfortunately I am still waking 50 times a night in agony!! I purchased sealy expecting quality not rubbish!!

Sagging after 1 month
Absolute rubbishy mattress with minimal consideration from Sealy. Followed all the necessary spinning of the mattress which didn't solve any of the sagging problem. They offered to repack mattress if I paid over $300 for the fix. Harvey Norman were equally useless at resolving the issue. Never again.

is back to its unacceptable sagging. It is just poor design engineering. I've recently spent a few days sleeping on a Motel commercial posturepedic mattress. Compared to Sealy it was much much superior and actually provided me with a satisfactory sleep. Time Sealy got their act together.Purchased in March 2021 for A$2,000.00.

Great for a bad back
After developing a bad back from another brand that was plush and far too soft I had to start again with a new mattress. I decided to purchase a Sealy as it was the one in store that seemed to offer the support I needed in my sore lower back. After 3 months on the Sealy my back pain has totally gone I’m having the greatest of sleeps only problem now is I’m finding it hard to wake up on time. So I highly recommend Sealy. ink there was a period where my back was adjusting to getting proper support. It was abit smelly from the manufacturer process so I recommend washing your mattress protector every second wknd as I did for a couple of months as it absorbs that foam smell but that’s gone now so Super mattress really marvellous to sleep on. I now wake every morning with a huge smilePurchased in January 2021.

It has made a real improvement
It is a very comfortable mattress and is helping us sleep so much better. The firm edge is good and secure to sit on as well. The bed matches our requirements exactly.

I purchased a Sealy Diego medium king ensemble four weeks ago from Harvey Norman in Capalaba QLD. There is a lump in the middle of the bed, it is not visible but it is very noticeable when my husband and I are both in the bed. I was informed in store that the side support had anti roll feature, this is not true, the lump forces you to the side and you feel like you are rolling out of the bed. I am not impressed with this mattress at all, nor the information I was given on purchase. This bed has not lived up to the expectations on the advice I was given.

That’s terrible! Not normal at all. I’ve had my sealy Manhattan queen for 6 months now and it’s great no such bump here but if there was i would be demanding a refund or exchange! You have to be firm the customer is always right. Department of fair trading will be able to help if needed.

Hi I have just purchased a Sealy Manhattan flex - firm pillow top with the lift beds - the bed is so high, is it supposed to be 64cm off the ground? Also the mattress seems very thick for a lift bed, will it not ruin the mattress?
