The company was responsive and on time which is a positive in the world of trades. The people were friendly and respectful. The price however was more than double the price quoted by a local plumber we consulted after getting the quote. Unfortunately we were not in a position to delay fixing the problem as our mother who has dementure needed it fixed quickly.
