The company was responsive and on time which is a positive in the world of trades. The people were friendly and respectful. The price however was more than double the price quoted by a local plumber we consulted after getting the quote. Unfortunately we were not in a position to delay fixing the problem as our mother who has dementure needed it fixed quickly.

Plumber came in the allocated time frame, was very helpful and polite. He explained exactly what was going to happen. All work was finished to an excellent standard and everything was put back as it originally was.

We needed plumbing work. Very expensive and they give you a big sell on “ buying a membership” for 1, 2 or 3 years. If you take out a membership even for one year it’s $199. Totally unnecessary when you just want plumbing done.
