Sheridan Physical store

Purchased both flannel and 1000 count sheets and both ended up a pilled mess within a few months. I took the utmost care followed the wash instructions to the letter but nope they feel like I am laying on sandpaper! Whats going on with the quality I am clearly not the only one having issues looking at these reviews.

I bought a fitted sheet and after one year the color faded and the sheet split, this was 140 dollar sheet
don't buy Sheridan, save your money there are so many better alternative

Unfortunately I've only experienced the same thing with Sheridan sheets: Lovely initially, then they wear out fast!

This is my 3rd set of Sheridan sheets that have worn so thin there are holes. Sadly the holes appeared within 1 year of purchase. The last set were 1,000 thread count and felt like beautiful hotel sheets initially, but they just don't last!

I've been a loyal Sheridan customer but unfortunately this is the 3rd time lucky. Sheets should last longer than 1 year, especially at their price point!

If you're looking for sheets, shop elsewhere. I've opted to replace these torn ones with Country Road.

Expensive. Bad Quality.

Towels cheap and nasty honestly Kmarts $10 towels better quality. $40 for a single towel not even worth the price after 40% off . I will not buy Sheridan anything again . Enjoy the money you got from me as there’ll never be a cent more .

Paid full price for a set of Sheridan sheets (somewhere between $200 and $300 from memory) just a few years ago from David Jones. Got into bed tonight and the fitted sheet has ripped almost in half. Would expect such expensive sheets with such a 'prestige' reputation to last longer than a couple of years.. I've never had sheets bust apart on me, even in my cheaper sheet using days!
I also have a few sets of Sheridan towels and they're nothing to write home about. Definitely not the luxury brand they once were (but are still selling at a high price point).

Oh my goodness. Terrible. The fading of colour is shocking. What has Sheridan done - absolutely not the quality that they bestow on themselves and what use to be in the past. I had one towel that I had not used so am able to compare new with six months washing.

I purchased a high thread count set of sheets from Myer and was so happy with them, thinking they would last for years approximately 2 years ago. I haven’t retained the receipt. They cost around $300.00. The fitted sheet has become so thin they just ripped. I always thought Sheridan were the best quality and I bought the top of the range.

Bought some towels before NSW lockdown, but didn’t use them till now. After one wash, the bath towel is fraying on the side

I purchased a couple of sets of Sheridan sheets just prior to Melbourne’s first lockdown. After the first wash I didn’t bother keeping receipts (I’ve never needed to in the past). Since then 2 of the flat sheets have ripped and Sheridan advised that a receipt would be needed if I wanted to return them - so I now have two incomplete sheet sets. I understand the need to sight a receipt so I would advise anyone who purchases Sheridan to hang on to your receipts because you’ll more than likely need them. I've grown up with Sheridan and have been a loyal Sheridan customer myself for the last 20+ years, regularly purchasing towels, sheet sets, doona covers, doonas, pillows and more. I recently purchased an Egyptian Cotton 100TC sheet set (King Size). The quality is absolutely shocking. After a few washes, the sheets look like they're 10 years old, with threads pulling, frayed edges and discolouration. Not worth the money and very disappointing. This will be my last purchase with what once was a premium, iconic, heritage Australian brand.

No sure why the quality of Sheridan has declined, whether it's China or if quality cotton has just become so expensive that it's hard to make a buck, but not the same as they were 15 to 20 years ago. Shame really.

I have been buying Sheraton quilt covers for many years I recently purchased a King size quilt cover it is very poorly made, does not fit the quilt and the workmanship is appalling l will never purchase Sheridan again

Disappointed with the quality of these expensive sheets. Threadbare and holes. Advertised as gets softer with age. Didn’t last long at all. No receipt so no exchange.

Dressing gown purchased thread pulled badly during washing.
Partners dressing gown threads all pulled especially around cuffs.
Towels shred fluff even after several washes.
Towels threads seem pulled for no apparent reason and gets worse daily. Only purchased in early March and now April and products looks old and ready for replacement.

I have had mostly Sheridan sheets all my adult life. I'm old enough to have bought Sheridan sheet sets when they were made in Australia. The quality was outstanding and the higher price was justifiable given the quality. Decades later, I still have those sheets, with not a tear, hole, stitch undone or fade anywhere. But since they moved production offshore (mostly to China) the quality has dropped markedly.
