Its great, love the support and strength on the edges and the stylish look when made up. The mattress is very comfortable, providing an excellent nights sleep. Australian made which makes it perfect. The sales person was excellent.

Such a beautiful comfortable bed! It feels so soft and luxurious yet still so supportive. Our experience with Michelle from sleep maker myer, indooroopilly, was excellent. So nice to be educated around how exactly to choose the right bed.

The mattress arrived just today and I took a nap on it. It is comfortable and soft which provides great support. With such quality, it is totally worth the price. I feel soothing just laying on it.

This is a really comfortable mattress. Have tried many brands and types of mattress over time, and coming off a memory foam mattress, this one is a really good comfortable change.

Had the mattress only a couple of nights and my morning backache has disappeared. Now three weeks later still no backache, good night sleeps. We were advised to turn the mattress every two weeks for the first three months. Turning was easy because of the side handles.
We chose the medium firmness.

Extremely comfortable bed but its early days. Apparently you need to rotate it every 12 weeks or so to prevent it being uneven so I guess time will tell. Good price & happy so far

I’ve only had the bed for a couple of days, and I’ve had the best sleep these passed 2 days in a very long time! I only hope the comfort level stays the same for many years to come!

We were so excited to purchase a King size matress from Sleepmaker. The cocoon mattress is a perfect blend between comfort and perfect support. My husband has a terrible back and this mattress is perfect for him.

Its still early in our mattress' life but we are excited to see how it lasts.

We initially were set on buying a different brand mattress but were easily sold on the Sleepmaker after testing the two different spring configurations. We love that we won't be disturbed by each other if having a night of tossing and turning. We also loved that there were so many levels of comfort to pick the right mattress for us. Chris from Myers Brisbane City was exceptional - really helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable - he made the difference between browsing and buying. Thanks Chris!

Initially luxurious and firm which was wonderful combo however at approx 10 months, the pillow-top was flattening at the hip/shoulder area. It’s now been 2.5yrs and it isn’t as luxurious or as firm as expected and is kind of scooped where I sleep. Can I still sleep on it? Yes. Do I regret paying that much money for it? Absolutely. Worse still the pillow top is ONLY ON ONE SIDE so you can’t flip the bed! All you can do is pivot it around on the base.
Warranty does not cover ‘body contouring’. I’d probably avoid getting a pillow-top altogether next time as they give you a false sense of the mattress’ comfort and provide short term luxury only.

Our mattress is 3.5 years old. When it was new it was perfect for comfort and support. It started to dip in the hip region at around the twelve month period. I attempted to claim warranty around the 18 month period but was denied and told that this was a normal condition deemed by SleepMaker as acceptable.
The mattress has continued to deteriorate to the point where I now have back issues and we have issues getting a good nights sleep. The middle of the mattress now resembles the walls of Jericho and makes it uncomfortable to sleep on my ...

we are so disappointed with the cocoon sleepmaker bed. The mattress is uneven and dips on both sides. Very uncomfortable to sleep on and terrible for the back. Do not recommend.

After problems with mattress not holding its support, we unfortunately were persuaded to try a more luxurious Cocoon range pocket spring mattress which has let us down once again. Sleepmaker mattresses are not a reputable mattress.

WARNING: If you are considering buying this mattress, please do yourself a favour and read all of the 1 star reviews. We have owned this mattress for just on 3 years. It sagged within 6-12 months. The middle has a mound and either sides are dipping. I cannot sleep on it as it gives me excruciating back pain and burning in my hips. The mattress is well made and supportive but I’m going to purchase a mattress topper to ensure more comfort for my painful hip and shoulder. I would have liked the cushion layer to be more even.

We have been sleeping on a latex mattresses since 2004 as we were advised it would provide a better nights sleep. We were looking for a replacement mattress which would provide the same level of support and comfort that our existing mattress did at the start. We finally chose the Sleepmaker Cocoon because it ticked the boxes for support, comfort, price and quality of manufacture. We look forward to many years of restful sleep on our Cocoon.

We have been sleeping on latex mattresses since 2000 when my wife was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and a chronic pain condition which resulted from whiplash injuries and osteoporosis. Since latex mattresses are no longer manufactured in Australia, we were looking for a replacement mattress which would provide the same level of support and comfort that was required. Very comfortable & supportive mattress. We got the level 8 Auburn Luxe. It's so soft but so supportive at the same time. We had purchased another brand mattress 5 years ago and it was so firm and uncomfy. This mattress leaves me waking up refreshed and not sore! I don't roll all night either.

My partner has a Sleepmaker Sleep Alone Ultra Plush Queen Bed and after sleeping in that bed I found it incredibly difficult coming home to sleep in my bed (despite the king size). So after much too and fro, I decided it was time to upgrade. I had looked around at many different mattresses and bases and found that one in particular clearly stood out based on the pricing, quality and comfort level.

Julia from Myer recommended this bed as my husband and I were looking for a medium firm mattress. It is fantastic as we sleep through the night. No more sleep disturbance due to each other's movement. Better quality sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. This is a great investment. Many thanks Julia. This is a fantastic bed. We have had many wonderful nights sleep, much better then sleeping on the couch. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed by a week. (Purchased through Myer) but the delivery was free.

We purchased the Cocoon in medium and it is perfect for us. I have a sore back and the pillow top is better than any other mattress we have had.

Very happy with the service. Julia from Myer was very helpful and very patient. Even after the sale she has still been available to reply to emails and phone calls. We purchased the Jervis 5 Medium. We have found there is so much less partner disturbance. The mattress seems quite comfortable and supportive.
