Until I turned it around the first time, it was bad. Then I got a bit of comfort but it started sagging in the middle giving me back pain. It is now 29cm on the edge and I can sit on the side of the bed.
I don’t want to turn it around again as I can feel flat areas.
So I move across the other side of the bed which feels quite good. The other side measures 34cm high, and I can’t sit on the side of the bed and I have to climb up onto the mattress. While it feels comfortable, despite holding onto the side of the bed, (I am used to this) I find I have rolled down to the middle of the bed.
I can see more positive reviews here for other mattresses. Expensive does not mean quality.

Purchased Sleepmaker Cocoon approximately 3 years ago. First year was good but the product has deteriorated particularly over the last 12 -18 months. Our sleep quality has deteriorated and wake up with sore back and hips often. A mound has developed down the centre of the bed Very disappointed and department store where we purchased suggested we try sleeping in the middle of the bed to even it out??? !!! Now looking for new bed so we can sleep properly. This bed was supposed to be of high quality and really didnt think we would have to look for something else so soon.

Absolutely love our sleepmaker cocoon king bed. For the first couple of days I wasn't convinced as it was a bit hard but once it softened (only 5 days) we have been the 2 happiest people! We always get into bed saying how happy we are that we have this bed. The no disturbance from the other sleeper is amazing. This is the best purchase ever!

My back is killing me, feels like I'm sleeping in a dip every night. Was good at first but after a year of sleeping on it, I do not recommended.
After having the mattress repaired under warranty, and remodelled at my expense, I am now seeking a refund for major failure

my new mattress is very comfortable and supportive, my husband says he has been sleeping very well and waking up without soreness and aching back, and also less disturbance from partner when moving in bed.

I’ve only had my new mattress for a week and absolutely love it, for the first time in a very long time a actually wake up without a sore back. It’s firm yet very very soft, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and loved the way it hugged my body, wish I bought one a long time ago. Not forgetting my husband he loves it too.

Super comfortable and just the right amount of firmness.

No partner movement issues at all.

We wake up well rested.

Coupled with the adjustable base we have never been so comfortable in bed.

I am so excited with my new purchase, a King Cocoon mattress. After visiting lots of different stores and brands, the new technology in the spring system won me over. I took my daughter and she too bought one. Joanne, the sales consultant was great to deal with as she gave me good advice comparing the different mattresses.

My mattress was nearly 20 years old and although quite comfortable, I thought it best that it was replaced. I went to a couple of mattress places but they were just sales-people. The staff at Myer were more helpful, and among those they suggested that I try was the Sleepmaker Cocoon. I bought it, it was delivered on time, and so far so good. I honestly can't say that it is noticeably much different, but it is comfortable, is not causing any difficulties, and I am sure that it will serve me for may years.

After suffering a bad neck and since purchasing my Sleepmaker cocoon my nights sleep are much better with longer periods of deep sleep. The mattress is super comfy and supportive and I am total impressed with my purchase.

Just recently purchased King Cocoon Compassion from Bedshed. Very comfortable bed with plush feel and good support, particularly important as wife and I both have hip and lower back issues. No sleep disturbance if one is a restless sleeper.

Tested many beds at many shops and came back to Domayne to get the Cocoon Broadway.
I have a bad back that needs special support and this mattress was superb.
Impressed by the quality and the 10 year warranty.

We brought Cocoon queen mattress from Domayne store.
I already used to sleep on a softer mattress and I never used to have back issues earlier hence we brought softer mattress again.
Now from the time I started sleeping on the cocoon mattress, I have back pain every day.

We spent all day, went to 8 different mattress shops and by far this was the most comfortable mattress. We also loved the lack of movement from partner getting in and out of bed. I have had terrible pain laying on my side and back on my old mattress, but can feel none of that on this mattress, we are really looking forward to many years of great sleep now.

We purchased a sleepmaker cocoon with my parents from Myer in the city. Joanne was friendly and very helpful, encouraging us to take our time and make a knowledgeable choice. The mattress is so comfy and supports my father’s back which is a huge plus. My parents were so happy with the mattress that we decided to come back to buy one for us!

The reason for a new bed was simply to minimise partner disturbance. We were thinking we would have to go down the 2 x King Single Beds joined together in order to reduce partner disturbance however when we tried the Sleepmaker Poise King Sized Cocoon mattress we were amazed at how stable it was with minimal rocking and rolling. Supports the lower back very nicely. Too early to say whether it will hold it's shape.

Bought a Sleepmaker Silver Undara Mattress and am extremely happy. It provides the ultimate comfort and support for my husband and I who suffer from arthritis of the shoulders and back.
