Smooth navigation through the store, lots of choice. Very good quality inexpensive bedroom furniture. Shop staff helpful and at no point pushy. Delivery team were excellent, friendly and careful. This was my first time buying from Bedshed and I will definitely consider them for any future purchases. On this occasion the Bedshed slogan was true to their word (No one is better in the bedroom).

Highly recommend Tony, Stacey and Adam (logistics ) team at Aspley. I have health issues and during this worrying Covid period they couldn't have been more helpful with how they managed my delivery. Also, in shop was excellent customer service and product knowledge. Great after sale service thankyou Tony and Stacey. And the bed/mattress and pillows..best I ever had. No more aches in the morning. Yay!

I went into bed shed to buy multiple beds and received okay service when in store, however this is when the good service finished. The delivery men though nice, where late to deliver the beds (understandable, they can’t control traffic) however when they arrived, they delivered only part of one of the two beds being delivered (however we didn’t notice this as we assumed that all the boxes where there and hadn’t moved in to the house yet) when we tried to receive the rest of the bed they said we were lying about the missing parts and that they wouldn’t deal with us. The last of the three beds that we payed for arrived weeks after the confirmed delivery date. Overall super disappointed and may have to settle this at VCAT.

We had bought furniture for our entire home a few years ago, everything had been perfect without any issues but recently one of the struts in our gas lift bed got stuck. Adam and Tony were constantly in touch with us through the entire process (considering the current scenario) and got it all rectified under warranty. Can't ask for a better service!

Not good quality, but high price. You are charged for making returns. They only tell you that they have a grand return policy, but not that you have also to purchase their mattress protectors and pay $150 for the 'handling' of the return

Visited Bedshed to buy a kids bedroom suit, at the time there was a up to 40% off sale. At the time the suit I was looking for was only 30% off. Advised to wait for 50% off sale and when this arrived, there was no change to the 40% off sale price. Admittedly this is a "up to" sale discount, however this is very misleading for a national company to advertise a sale and not reduce prices accordingly! Taking my sale elsewhere.
