Comfy and supportive

What a mattress!
Calm As QueenWe upgraded to the Calm As from our original Koala mattress that was reaching the end of its life. We honestly couldn’t be happier with our decision. It’s easily the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever slept on, firm but not too firm yet still soft as a cloud! We are both sleeping deeper and waking more rested than we have felt before. The same day delivery service is also mind blowing. Thanks Koala.

Not too firm not too soft
Calm As QueenI'm so happy with this mattress. My partner moves around all night but with no springs, I don't feel her move about at all. I tried the medium side but for me, a 6'4 90kg guy, it that too soft but I just easily unzipped and flipped the top cover to the firm side and it's perfect. Its a great feature so you can get the right softness for you. I wake up with no back pain now and am getting better quality sleep.

I love my new mattress
Calm As QueenI decided to upgrade my mattress and it has really improved my sleep so much! The mattress itself is pretty firm so probably not for everyone, but I have found that I’ve gotten used to it really quickly and now love it. I’ve paired it with the Kirribilli bed base and it is the perfect combo ! Super easy delivery and assembly.

Calm As QueenThe first night I slept on this mattress I wanted to cry, I think I did! It was like sleeping on concrete. But you can turn the topper over and it’s softer, a little bit. Anyhoo it seems to be getting a little better a little at a time or I’m getting used to it not sure.

The perfect addition to my new house!
Calm As KingI have had the standard koala mattress for two years and decided to upgrade to a king for my new place. The step up is very noticeable and well worth the additional cost. I was able to pick next day delivery. Set up is not as simple as the standard mattress, as you need to zip one layer on top, but the instructions were easy to follow and I had no issues. I have noticed a change in my sleep, and do not wake up stiff and sore. The edge support is a lot better than previous models. I'm glad I decided to upgrade!

Hi,
I have a platform base bed, as it is a storage bed, so there are no slats. Is a Koala foam mattress going to be suitable with this type of bed base?
Also, I currently have a Medium spring mattress and it is too firm and is giving me lower back pain when I wake up in the morning, so an wondering whether the Calm As foam mattress will be softer and offer me more in the areas I need it?

Great questions, thanks for asking!
Our mattresses are just as comfy on any bed base! We just recommend making sure your base is well ventilated so the mattress gets enough airflow, so you get all the benefits it was designed to give!
The Calm As Mattress is the firmer mattress in our range, so if you're after a softer matty we'd recommend either the Soul Mate (which is our softest, most plush mattress) or The Koala Mattress :)

Does it have a memory foam top? I definite don’t want that. I already have a mattress with memory foam and now that I have hip arthritis it is causing problems. I went on holiday for 3 weeks and slept on normal mattresses, the ones in hotels, the pain when getting out of bed almost went away. Now I am home the pain has returned. I’m sure it is the sinking in that happens with memory foam that is causing the problem. So I am looking for a medium firm mattress (but not as firm as Korean beds!)
There are two option for the memory foam, so you can choose medium firm and super firm.
Its's a bit sad that you won't be able to try on before purchasing but they will offer you the comfort guarantee (you can return it back if you are not happy with)
I am not a seller, so please don't ask me but, I am satisfied with the bed and their customer services. just contact them. In addition, In my view, their memory foam is worth than you got.

I got a King size, there was a sale on which was about $300-400ish off at that point
