Beyond brilliant. Comfiest mattress I’ve ever had. My bad back is actually happy. Clever adjustable pillow concept. And I love the adjustable bed frame. Never thought I’d love a bed this much!
This mattress is great, we don’t have back pain anymore. My wife doesn’t get the same snuggle feeling when she first gets in but I would rather a good back than a soft mattress. The Onebed X is great. And good value. Also very quick delivery.

The One Bed mattress is by far the best mattress I’ve ever owned. I wish I bought this mattress years ago. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years to find the perfect mattress; one that’s durable, supportive, comfortable and holds its shape. I’ve found it with One Bed.

Excellent value for money, worth every cent! Very comfortable, yet supportive in all the 'pressure areas'.

Was genuinely concerned about ordering a mattress online, but the product quality and comfort is far better than I hoped for. I have lower back pain so support is important, but so is plush comfort and it has both.

Using onebed for two months now, not blown away but I’m certainly not complaining. Generally happy apart from the corners that fall away when rolling out of bed. Generally happy.

Felt so comfortable from day 1 as it is similar to my older mattress. My daughter in law pointed me in the OneBed direction and I am so glad she did. As an older gentleman with some lower back aches, this mattress has helped considerably in a restful nights sleep.

I find the mattress is supporting my back perfectly and giving me a good nights sleep. Upon waking there is no pain.
My sleep quality has vastly improved as I don’t get up as much during the night, resulting in feeling very rested.
The mattress itself has held its shape and firmness in the time that I have been using it. No signs at all of sagging or bowing.

I have had back pains for some time now with our old worn mattress but we weren't sure that was the case. This mattress sorted my back out and now I've no longer need to see my chiropractor weekly. Both my partner and I have had much better sleeps throughout the night and the bed has so far maintained its firmness and seems like it will last for quite some time. Definitely recommend the onebed!

The Onebed is the only bed I need. It’s comfortable, supportive and super durable. Even my fur babies love it. My sleep has been perfect. I have struggled with ongoing back pain & restless nights and since the Onebed, I’ve had 8 hours sleep every night. This was the absolute best investment & I would recommend it to everyone.

You spend more then 50% of your life in bed and once you get a one bed it will be like 70% lol.
My partner used to always wake as I toss and turn all night and am up and down, since getting this bed he doesn't even notice me move. We both have back issues and I thought they were fixed until staying elsewhere I realised it's just the onebed is one of a kind, hard to explain but it's like it cradles your back so that it eases any discomfort, combined with the pillow top and its like sleeping on a cloud.
I recommend you get both as the pillow top makes it next level. I waited awhile to do this review as I wanted it to be genuine and I've had the bed now for nearly 2 years, it doesn't sag at all and I have the best sleeps.

Question:
- how long are the current delivery times to WA
- how to get hold of the customer service
I placed an order and tried to get hold of the customer service:
- didn't work on the phone line, no customer support available
- online chat not working
- send email and just received automatic reply
Not a good start plus they advertise free delivery but there are maybe additional delivery charges for certain areas which is hard to confirm because I cant get hold of the customer service.

Can the mattress be rotated to prolong its life ( trying to reduce canoeing after a few years )as to turn and rotated from head to bottom, as I weigh 125kg and my wife is 55kg,because I see the foam base is different at one end, it seems to have side support so does that mean you can sleep closer to the edge looking for a king size your deluxe model .
