BBQ is beaut, but the cover and back-up service is very poor quality!
My kids bought me the SMART 411W BBQ for my big birthday, and it is a great BBQ.
However, the cover split along the seam after just 4 months, yet the BBQ is under our pergola and out of the weather!
When I emailed Arisit (the distributors) about it they said the cover is not included in the 2-year warranty, but they can supply a new one for “trade” price of $39.28 plus GST and $11 freight, or a total of $54.21.
I believe the cover is of very poor quality, and Arisit's back-up service is poor also.

eplace the cover every 4 months to protect the BBQ for it's 2-year warranty life, it would cost me $325.25 for new covers! Additionally, I had earlier enquired if I could purchase a second hot plate for the unit. I was advised they are unable to supply hotplates. Another good example of their poor after sales support! I adore it, it’s fantastic
It statisfies my professional cooking needs, it’s very easy to use and it's quality is extremely high as it’s stainless steel grade is the maximum ( 3.5). My son also used it with eaze, with no experience in barbquing. The tray beneath the four high quality buners is very comfortable as it is will never brake and is easy to handle.It is a relatively modern barbque with stunning lights on the temperature nobs and inside the barbque. Overall it is a very good barbque

Great Bbq works really well
The rotisserie option is fantastic with the infrared back burner making cooking easy.The versatility of the bbq is great makes cooking outside simple and easy.The bbq is a smart brand and looks smart and the cover is a great extra that looks good.The side burner is also a great option as all the cooking is able to be done outside.

Fantastic BBQ
The Smart bbq is fantastic and easy to use. Cooks the meat to perfection.The rotisserie is simple and easy to use. Easy to clean great looking. The cover that came with the bbq fits and looks great.
Great value for money would recommend to anyone and everyone to go out and purchase this wonderful Smart 411W BBQ.
