I got my novated lease done in less than 3 weeks. Every steps of the way is so easy and explains well, I am very happy with the result and highly recommend smartleasing.

I utilised SmartSalary for a novated vehicle lease whilst employed with the Goverment. I was left with a $4000 bill when our Department structure was changed through a Machinery of Government (MOG) change. No guidance or communication from SmartSalary. Just a very large bill because when you are involved in a MOG, even though you are doing exactly the same job, your employer has essentially changed, thereby breaking your novated lease. A very expensive lesson that could have been alleviated by SmartSalary, but alas, was not.

I am trying to transfer my lease from my previous novated lease provider from a well oiled car company to smartsalary (mandated by my new employer) for the past two months and it has been worst than a ROLLERCOASTER ride! They sheer incompetence, dodgery, bull from more than 7 different people I have had the misfortune to deal with is just jawdropping!! Wow! Good features, easy to operate website, slight lag in response times. This may not suit everyone but is a necessity if you want to salary sacrifice with public sector employers. Ties in with SmartLease which is an excellent option for someone wanting a new vehicle but unable to fully finance/pay upfront.
