Still have not received my card in over a month!How am I supposed to spend my funds?
Telephone service is horrible,noone answers.Emails are ignored.
Dont use their services.

They keep your money for as long as possible after the FBT maximum amount is reached and don't inform you or your employer!! Sneaky Sneaky Sneaky I wonder how many Millions they have sitting there unclaimed!!!!! Don't touch them until they begin notifying YOU the customer of their actions. Took me weeks to get $3500 back of them. Are they really part of the financial institutions of Australia? They don't follow the same rules.

Tanya McKeough and Toni Spehr - I was assisted by Tanya to set up my new salary packaging she was very helpful and informative about the packages offered. Since these are all new to me, I had heaps and heaps of questions but Tanya was very patient and happy to assist.

Then, I had to change my package, and it was Toni who assisted me with this. She was so knowledgeable also of the packages that I can choose from. She was able to answer all of my inquiries, as she was very patient also with me during the process. She explains everything in a clear manner.

They do deserve recognition for their awesome job! AccessPay is lucky to have Tanya and Toni, I must say!

Pro:
Have had great experiences so far speaking to their staff via phone. The last person I spoke to was Carolyn Balsara and she ran through the claim process with me from start to finish. They have been very polite and helpful.

Con:
While waiting on hold it states that you can make a claim (in my instance for holiday accommodation) but I don't think the option is actually on the site or app.

First things first, I just about guarantee the majority of these 5 star reviews are fake. They all read like the same person wrote them. But Ash (Ashford) sounds like a great person! Good for him. These reviews do not reflect reality in any way. Google Salary Solutions, AccessPay's old name....you'll find the real reviews there. AccessPay has thousands of dollars of my money that they will not distribute when I submit a claim. They do not answer phone calls. They do not respond to emails. I'm actually concerned this is a scam company who's preparing to walk off with my money. Run as far away from this company as you can. I'm upset my employer offered this as a "benefit." Someone's benefiting, but it sure as hell isn't me.

2 WEEKS to reply to emails for any changes to your account have had everyone at my work say the same, even when it isn't the busy period for them. Or you need to call them during 9-5, and wait for an hour on hold, which is impossible when you work full time.

They use to be called "Salary-Solutions" which if you google you will see the real reviews, they re-branded due to their terrible reputation.

Had someone from their company come out to our company to explain "all things access pay", and they couldn't even explain to me how it worked with a HECS debt. Their app and website also have countless issues.

Utterly hopeless and understaffed company, avoid at all costs.
