I lost my card, so I rang Access pay to put a stop on it, and was put through to Kirsi (Sampanen) who was so friendly and sympathetic and clear in explaining the process, she promptly emailed me all the info and forms to complete and return.

2 WEEKS to reply to emails for any changes to your account have had everyone at my work say the same, even when it isn't the busy period for them. Or you need to call them during 9-5, and wait for an hour on hold, which is impossible when you work full time.

They use to be called "Salary-Solutions" which if you google you will see the real reviews, they re-branded due to their terrible reputation.



Had someone from their company come out to our company to explain "all things access pay", and they couldn't even explain to me how it worked with a HECS debt. Their app and website also have countless issues.

Utterly hopeless and understaffed company, avoid at all costs.

The people on the phone have been very helpful ( after a long wait 20mins+) but when you want to upload receipts online for parking & entertainment its a nightmare. The core business for AccessPay is to collect proof of expenses and to make payments. You would think there would be a large top level menu button called "make a claim" or "upload receipts" but no !!! The online help doesn't tell you either.

Joined up for Accesspay mid February. Promised my card would be sent out and first payment would happen on xxxx date. Almost a month later, no debit card & they have taken money from my pay but refuse to show it on my file! I have no access to the money they've taken. Spent approx. 4 hours on the phone waiting in total. They keep telling me the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Still no fix. Do yourself a favour and stay away from the company.

Latest issue is the VISA card didn't work, they only respond to e-mails, finally got a response, response was the account has gone over $5,000.00 and I have to provide additional ID to prove that I am not money laundering. Now I have to wait until they respond before I can buy the groceries!
