I was waiting for approximately 25 minutes to speak with a consultant - however once I got to speak to someone I was assisted to work through the multiple questions and was provided with a high level of support. Hard to get anyone from customer service to answer the phone. Over two calls spent the best part of half an hour on hold. On the second call, a call back option was offered after 15mins. Shaun returned my call quickly after that. He sorted out our issue quickly.
