How do you fit the replacement rubber ring?

I just turned the machine upside down and dropped the ring down into the hole where the cylinder screws in. Then I used the cylinder, screwing it in, to seat the ring in the right place. If you get water coming out of the unit when you use it then the ring is not fitted correctly.

Are SodaStream and soda King interchangeable with the gas cylinders

Yes they are interchangeable in the machine but you can not exchange a SodaKing cylinder for a Sodastrem cylinder or visa-versa at the cylinder exchange place. .

Why will Woolworths not replace the cylinder? It’s ridiculous that we bought it from Aldi and they can’t help with a refill. Where to from here!!

Well I don’t know why Big W won’t exchange but you can for a few dollars more just buy a new cylinder.
Hi this is not the answer I was expecting. I do not want to pay any more than need be. What is the difference in cost that you are referring to !! As when I looked it wasn’t a few dollars. Looking forward to your reply.
Geoff is confused between Woolworths and Big W. Different stores different stock.
I checked the Woolworths website and Sodaking is NOT listed as a product they handle. Maybe that is the reason.
I checked the sodaking website and got the answer immediately.
Maybe you could consider contacting the company directly to address your confusion.
