2 pumps and you have plenty of bubbles in your sparkling water. I have only just purchased so I cannot comment on how long the cannister lasts yet. I purchased 3 sodapress syrups and extra bottles with it and the blonde cola and ginger ale are very nice, yet to try the grapefruit. I purchased to save money on buying my husband $10 worth of sparkling water a week and try stop him drinking cordial. I am disappointed the fruit essences dont seem to be available in Australia. One of the bottles did explode everywhere when I pushed the button down and i had to refill and try again so im guessing you have to push the button quite slowly to avoid this. Overall this machine works well.

Easy to put together and use, ordered direct from Soda Stream and it arrived quickly. Love that I'm now able to have mineral water all the time. Quick and easy to use. Saves money and waste! The one thing is when first using it, you don't realise you need to push the top button pretty hard for the gas to go into the bottole. Watched a youtube tutorial and then after I figured that out, all super easy. Am using it daily. Also like that I can control how much syrup goes in for lemonade I give my daughter as a treat on the weekends (I use 1/2 the recommended amount and she still thinks it's an amazing treat).

So happy that my daughter gifted this too me. It’s been so convenient making my own soft drink at home as I am trying to avoid leaving the house at the moment! Easy to use and the bottles are great.

The soda water tastes great and doesn’t bloat your stomach like bottled soda. I purchased organic ginger ale, tonic water and love the taste of both these products. Ordering online was easy too.

I make mixer drinks ginger ale, soda, and then the cola, zero cola and lemonade..... just tried two of the zeros orange and mango and pink grapefruit andthey pull up really well. Can’t do with out it!

I got one for Christmas to go with my bottle of pink gin lol. Sparkling water with gin, no better combo. I haven’t used the surups but use cordial or fresh lemon or lime juice

We have used Sodastream products for more than 20 years. Three members of our family have had recently to buy the new spirit model. None of us get the fizz we used to and the gas goes flat much more quickly. Presumably due to the change of design. It's a great product for those who like a light spritz but disappointing for those of us who enjoyed more robust bubbles.

I try to avoid soft drink so choose sparkling water instead. Very happy with my new Sodastream for this purpose. I need to buy another cylinder and more bottles to ensure an endless supply! It would be helpful if two bottles were included with the machine instead of one. I kept putting off buying this machine which is clearly a mistake!

I have always enjoyed sparkling water in bars and functions, but was never keen on buying and carrying heavy plastic bottles from the supermarket. This Sodastream Spirit is a star! It works very efficiently and reliably every time, and is so easy to use. It makes water taste like something you want to drink more, which is always good for your health! It would be nice if it came with 2, rather than only 1 bottle, so I now have to get another one, as 'the queue for the fizzy water' is increasing in the household!

I have always struggled to drink water.
Since recently purchasing a Sodastream I am easily drinking 1-2 litres per day, lightly carbonated.
So easy to use our 5yo has no trouble.

I have been using the old model which required the square type bottle withe screw top
There has been a marked improvement with the new Spirit model which does away with screwing the bottle and the strong gaz ejection noise
Now one click bottle is inserted and strong gaz is mixed in water at a push of the button
Excellent results fantastic effervescence

I absolutely love our Sodastream! Not only is it so much more environmentally friendly than buying bottles or cans of soda, it ends up being cheaper in the long run. I love that you can choose what you flavour the soda with. It’s so versatile and much healthier to be able to control what goes in your drinks!

This machine is amazing, additionally the is the support from Soda Stream if you ever have an issue! I would highly recommend both their product for quality as well as their customer service.

Bought one of these in the after christmas sales. We use it mostly to make just plain soda water, and the occasional fruit juice spritzer. Saves using disposable plastic bottles!

Have had one for a month and now it only gets a proper seal 25% of the time = flat water 75% of the time. Much prefer the screw in models!

I use the soda stream daily and it stays fresh, delicious and bubbly. Unfortunately the bottle expires- not sure why but after years that’s still saved a lot of plastic.

Absolutely love our new sodastream! It has cut down on our bottles and also the amount of other fizzy drinks we buy! Tastes amazing with the syrups and always the perfect fizz!

I bought this for my 15yr old and I as we are both big sparkling water fans and i hated throwing out all the bottles.... we both are very happy and even the younger kids and husband are now drinking sparkling water where they never did before.
