Where/how can I the serial number for my package when I haven’t received it yet? It was the SodaStream Terra Sparkling Water Maker (Black) with CO2 and DWS Bottle
Don't know but SodaStream is awkward company t deal with. We have several and a couple don't work. Those that do are fine. I assume it's the assemblers at fault and quality control. Soda Stream excha...

It is not sealing properly when I try to gas a bottle. I can gas it but it wastes a lot of gas when pusshing down hard on the gas button. I have pulled out the black seal that seals the opening of the bottle when gassing. it has a small tear in it. I rang soda stream and was told I couldn't get a replacement seal. I lost my receipt and Harvey Norman didn't record my purchase under my phone number. I know it is less than 2 years old as I bought it after I retired which was in Feb of 2020. I believe it just needs a new seal. Can you help.
OK I just checked the gas bottle was tight and it was, but as I depressed the button I could hear the gas leaking at the rear seal. I unscrewed the gas cylinder and retightened it now it seals.
So what has happened, it looks like I damaged the seal getting it out so I need a front seal.
I put the old damaged seal back in and it seems to be working ok, but a new one would still be nice.
Thanks
Roger.
I would hassle Sodastream again. That’s pretty bad customer service, especially for a company that promotes itself as being environmentally conscious. Having to get a new machine because of a broken s...
Read moreeal is the opposite of environmentally sustainable.I have just purchased a Sodastream Spirit. Got home and set it up as per the instructions. (Yes, I’m a man who actually read the instructions leaflet) it all appears to be working. However, filling the water to the line on the bottle, the gas injector barely is in the water. As such I have found the drink only moderately gassed even after 5 long pulses of gas. The drawings in the brochure seem to indicate the injector is about 1.5 cm in the water. Is this a faulty unit or is it normal. Jad Australia

Read moreand they will be able to trouble shoot with you and hopefully get you back in the bubbles that you are after! :)you could advise me, my soda stream. I bought a gas cylinder this week I pressed so many times and does not make bubbles.
Make sure cylinder is locked tightly and press and hold for a few seconds before you press again (long presses work better)
After making sure cylinder is locked in and bottle in place (with correct amount of water) press the ‘button on top’ down FULLY and firm for at least 2sec, then stop. Repeat pressing up to 5 times. I was too gentle at 1st, be brave and firm!
Did the gas bottle have a shrink wrap seal. Sales person in Kmart tried to sell me an empty gas bottle because it had a screw on lid on it. She had no idea how to tell if a bottle was full or empty
i currently have a jet soda stream, can i use the same water bottles in a SPIRIT SodaStream?
HI Ron A.

all the responses so far I have seen talk about removing the gas bottle, and the number is on the label behind it. What nonsense. There are a bunch of numbers. None look like serial numbers.
There are 3 "Lot Numbers" and manufacturing dates. But no "Serial Number".
How do I register a product that has no serial number when the web pages is asking for a serial number?
HI Peter,
Thank you for your feedback. ...
Read more If you are unsure of which number is your serial number please get in touch with our Lovely Customer Care Team Ph: 1300 763 278 and they will be able to verify this for you :)I had the same problem. The Serial number is on a label INSIDE the machine behind the gas cylinder. I had to remove the gas cylinder to read it.
Read the Instructions - take pic of details (numbers) before inserting Cylinder. I had no problems figuring out which number is the Serial Number to Register for Warranty.
Is there anyway to get replacement of button? It is very common part to be broken. (My internet research) and a lot of people 3D printing. It doesn’t make sense to me the company policy is less plastic use and no replacement available to fix it.

It sounds like you may not be utilising the snap lock mechanism to insert your water bottle. ...

Hi folks,
Bought a Sodastream Spirit one touch for Christmas. Wife and kids love it.
Great flavours with the ginger beer and lemon lime and bitters.
The only area of concern is when using the maximum carbonation there always seem to be some spillage when this process is being done.
We have ensured bottle is locked and water level in bottle is correct.
Please advise
