My control dial only allows me to select two options Regular and Heavy. It won’t turn to highlight any other options. Any ideas?

My machine is a wash smart WA 856OG1 ( 8.5kg). The autodrain function is a pain. Is there a way that it can be switched off, to enable soaking for more than 2 hours. There is already a lid lock function, so this feature is not necessary and removes one of the functions of a top loader.

It appears this machine has eaten a sentimental gold bracelet that I stupidly put in my pocket whilst painting (to protect it!). I found the locket wedged at the bottom of the machine but the rest of the bracelet is missing. It looks like it has been sucked down with the water (although the locket got stuck) causing it to seperate from the locket. What can I pull apart to look for it? Its not in the outlet house, its not in the S bend of my outlet pipe under the sink. I wish it had a lint filter! Can I pull the panel off the back somehow to see if it is trapped anywhere inside the machine?

Hi, I bought my washing machine around 3 months ago from Winnings. It seems to work well, except for very excessive motor noise when it is draining water out after washing, or after rinsing. At other times such as when washing or rinsing or spinning it is very quiet. is this normal? no error message comes up but the " brrm brmm" type noise when emptying is a disturbance and sounds a bit strange, and I bought the machine because it was meant to be quiet. Once the water starts coming in again the noise stops, and the wash is good. Should I get a technician to look at it?
The lid is also locked after the washing cycle so I cant check on what is happening. Is this correct? On my old machine it unlocked after any spinning for rinsing etc, and only locked when the agitator was going.

How do you set washing cycles on this machine so I don't have to keep setting it every time i use it?

Just bought the washing machine a week ago and I cannot use warm or hot cycle. Cold cycle has no issue. Every time when I choose the warm or hot cycle option my continuous flow hot heater system will have an error code (flame failure) and therefore ceases the hot water flow. How to resolve this issue? IW812 had Fault code 37 and in a Diagnostic mode the Pump was not pumping out, changed the diverter valve, now it pumps out in the diagnostic mode but in normal operation, it seems stuck in the recirculating mode and won't drain. I have checked the Pump and the drain hose all good. Any ideas?
