LOUSY PRODUCT
Purchased Harvey Norman 20.3.2020. delivered 23.3.20. do NOT buy this tv unless you spend more money on a soundbar. Terrible sound. In use for 36 days when it would not turn on. Came on of its own accord. 43 days into ownership. No picture or sound. Harvey Norman advised to turn it off for a period of time. started working again. I don't believe this is good enough for a product that has had only 43 days of use. I want my money back. Very disappointed

Android system is good. Sound is bad. Picture quality is not sharp.Had problems with home theatre connection but fixed when called tech support. Bought 2 tvs one is Samsung Q75 series excellent tv and sharp pictures cannot believe i paid more for sony and got a dud. Sony has gone down in the picture quality and my old sony which i bought in 2014 had the same picture quality of X9500g.
Take my word and buy Samsung u will not regret ur buy. Both cost the same infact sony a bit more expensive.

good with faults
I bought this TV in December 2022 for $2300 from the good guys. Be careful when researching this TV as the American version has much better features than what is available in Australia which includes one of the features I really wanted which was to be able to Pause / record live TV to a USB device. This is only available in the US version. Also, the US version has a better back-lit remote which would have been nice. I really wanted an Android TV and this TV does it really well. The OS is great and the ability to add android apps is good....Read more
Many games that I expected to work though are not compatible for some reason which makes no sense to me especially as you can easily connect a keyboard/ mouse of game pad to the TV. Also three times in the last few months it has failed to start and and is only fixed by a power off and on. Other than that the picture is great and although I have used external speakers via optical out the sound it pretty good. At the time I think this was the best Android TV available in this price range.
