I have used it for around half year (later on just BF directly). It's good priced especially if you just want to have it in hand before baby born. The design is fashionable as well, the size is not too bulky. We bought the one corded, but it never be a problem for me. It does the job as described. It's a major brand in US as well, so easily to find compatible accessory from other websites as well.

I have both a spectra and a silicone manual pump and I honestly prefer the hand held over the spectra. I find the spectra a bit uncomfortable both in terms of using it on my breasts and the way it sits as I have to hold it on my breasts when using it - with the silicone one just suctions on and you can do things while it just hangs off collecting milk. I also find the spectra is a bit rough. I do however believe that once I have more milk as my baby grows the spectra will be much better to use and much more comfortable and convenient.

Been using the pump for almost 2 months and it keep shutting off after a few minutes...It was working fine at first but now for the past week it keeps shutting off and sometimes when it shutoff it come back on by itself then power back off again I used to love the pump but now i dont.

Pump does a good job (I have nothing to compare it to though). I have found that customer service isn’t that willing to assist however.
About a month in, the machine picked up an extra vibration sound (and still makes this sound 8 months later). It’s annoying to listen to each pumping session and does make it louder.
Videos and information were provided to Spectra but they didn’t really care.
I then had an issue with the tubes falling off (were stretched somehow after only a couple of months use). After some tooing and froing some replacement tubes were sent out.

Purchased an S2 after having loaned a hospital grade breast pump (Medela) after having my baby. The S2 is quiet, small, has a night light, can pump 1 or 2 sides (has a second port for the second tubing if doing 2 sides keeping strong suction for both). Highly recommend.

This pump is fantastic. I’ve tried a few. This allows me to pump 250ml from each breast within 10 minutes. I’ve never had any nipple breakdown from it. Super efficient, quiet and well priced. I love the little night light on the top which allows you to see the panel and see what you’re doing.

The pump is very powerful and many level of suction to choose for suitable on each person.
easy to use, easy clean to clean parts and very handy with night light. I would recommended to anyone that thinking to buy a breast pump. it's a bit expensive but it is really worth it!

I have been very happy with my purchase, spectra S2 has made expressing easy and comfortable, has various levels and speeds allow you to ease into it, which is necessary during the first weeks of breastfeeding. The speed is so much faster than the other brands out there and it does not hurt to use like others .

I used a Medela pump in the hospital after giving birth to my daughter (single pump), and decided to purchase the Spectra as I heard great things about it. I ordered it online the morning of my discharge, and it arrived at my house the next day.

- Spectra Customer service is great to deal with and items arrive really fast.
- Spare parts available, and I have purchased accessories (cooler bags, sterilised storage bags)
- Well worth having the double pump, saves time.
- Easy to keep clean, appreciate the closed system.

Pumping isn't exactly my favourite thing to do, but this machine has made the process quick and simple.

I had trouble producing enough milk with my first child. So for my second child I wanted a good pump. This has made all the difference. It has been two months since his birth and this machine is still going strong. I would recommend this product to any new mother!

So much better than medela swing. Was so frustrated for breastbpumping session until I bought spectra s2. It's so easy and comfortable to use and great suction and pumping with night light and letdown function. Definitely best buy for my motherhood journey. Easy to wash and disassemble parts as well.

Very easy to use & clean. Hardly any noise made whilst pumping. Love the massage and option to change to level of vacuum depending on comfort or speed. First time Mum, beast pump user and I love it. Highly recommend this product, money well spent as it makes breastfeeding so much easier.

This breast pump has been my saviour! I use it daily and only have to pump for 10 minutes to get a full feed (200ml). The double pump is a life saver. Only downside is it is quite heavy and not that portable. I have rented a portable one from time to time and have found them more convenient but not as effective. I would definitely buy this again.

This was an extremely effective pump that was recommended to me by the breastfeeding center at the hospital. I used it around 5 times a day and got so much more volume of milk than I did from my previous pump! The double pump made it so much less time consuming than a single pump which is so important when you have a young baby. It was much more comfortable to use than my previous pump and continue to recommend it. Extremely fast delivery from the website and an excellent price point to for a quality machine.

The spectra was my best friend for 6 months. I expressed 4-6 hourly for more than 6 months. I started off hiring a medella symphony, it was loud and bulky and expensive to hire. The spectra is Very easy to use and very quiet and comfortable. Has lots of different volumes of suction. Has the light for nighttime expressing which is such a good idea. Very good for supply. Nice and lightweight so easy to take places. It does come with a disclaimer that says suction slows down after 300
Uses but I used it was more than that and never had an issue. Easy to clean as well and the attachments are user friendly and steriliser friendly.

After having a preemie baby and using the medela pump at hospital, knowing I would know I needed a breast pump at home I decided to try the spectra S2 after feedback from online forums of how good it was. I started using it in hospital to get used to it and the nurses commented on how quiet it was. I found it better then the medela pump for comfort and supply. The only thing I would do next time is buy the rechargeable spectra pump so I don’t have to be near a power point when pumping. But I would definitely recommend this pump over medelas.

This has got to be one of the best value for money breast pumps around. Spectra offered amazing customer service, speedy replies and express postage as they understand the urgency when exclusively pumping. It is easy to use, has many adjustable settings and yielded much higher quantities than with any other pump. The only downside is that you need to be plugged in, so would suggest a S1 if wanting something more portable!

This pump was a little tricky to use at first. Could of been a new sleep deprived mum! However, once you get past the set up it’s very easy and comfortable to use. Easy to clean so you get get back to bed after those late night pumps. Highly recommended.
