Everything you need in an elliptical
I have owned a cheaper elliptical before this one and I can honestly agree that you get what you pay for. This machine is more expensive but if you do not plan to use it as a clothes horse and rather a useful piece of excercise equipment then it will do well.... Although I am sure it would be a nice clothes horse too.
The machine is large and sturdy. Front wheel drive feels far better than the old rear wheel drive.
I bought it second hand and have taken it apart, squished it into a small car and moved again a couple of times and it is still great.
As a shortie, I need a realistic stride that is not too big or far apart and this is perfect.
Love it.

Excellent
Brilliant piece of home gym equipment. I use a LifeFitness Club series cross trainer at my gym and it's great, but this cross trainer at home works my legs far more as it's got incredible resistance built in.
Very effective for building leg strength. Good long stride length and heavy duty and durable with 180kg weight limit. It takes up a lot of space and is quite tall (taller than me). The heart rate programs are a good idea if it's picking up your heart rate accurately, but I have found that it rarely does when I wear my Polar chest st...Read more
rap which is more comfortable than the included strap. I love the hill workout and the strength workout. The hand grips are very comfortable and of high quality. I usually do a 30 minute workout and maybe a 10 minute cooldown on the manual program - it would be great if it automatically incorporated a cooldown in the programs like the ones at the gym do, but it's easy enough to switch to it when you need it. At the end of my workout, I'm absolutely dripping with sweat which is exactly what I want. I'm very happy that I bought this product and I believe I will get many years out of it - I got a 10 year guarantee too, which shows how much they believe in their product. Heavy duty, works your leg muscles incredibly well, good choice of programs Heart rate strap that comes with it is quite scratchy and cheap, machine usually fails to read my Polar chest strap accurately, fan is located poorly and really fails to cool you down.

Well, I’ve had it for around five years and I think it reasonably new then. I believe they’ve updated this model since.

It's still going strong. The most important thing is to keep it free from dust. It's a great product. I'd highly recommend it. I use my treadmill more now, but it's really nice to have the cross trainer to jump onto when I want.
Excellent. I use it every morning for 45 mins and its still going strong.
