    Disgraceful

    My first experience of ordering a tickle me elmo character resulted in Spreets cancelling the order and refunding me my money as they claim their supplier could not honour their end of the transaction. The second experience was a purchase of a tablet which took six weeks to arrive and the third experience was a purchase of 20 photo frames where I only received an email confirming my purchase. I sent numerous email over a 5 week period - no of which were responded to. I finally lodged a complaint with paypal who were fantastic and refunded my money. My final experience with spreets was the best experience I've ever had when I unsubscribed from them!! :) I will never recommend Spreets to anyone.

    Still Waiting

    So far I have purchased two products, A E-reader and a Quilt, it is now 8 weeks and I have still not received the E-Reader It did not need a voucher redemption, and the Quilt cover I redeemed the voucher but it has been 4 weeks and it still has not arrived, This was made to sound as if it was in stock as well!! I have not had a great response from Spreets either. I guess i will write this off as a bad experience.

    Have not recieved good feedback or the products.

    Bought a voucher for colour, cut and blow dry with StruggnellCole salon. The initial appointment ( on Saturday) that I made with the salon was cancelled by the owner and I was given an option to take Tuesday before which I couldn't . Made another appointment 4 weeks later and the same thing happened . As my voucher expired by the time I called Spreets, they refused to refund my money. The hair salon is very untrustworthy and I wonder who got away with my money, Spreets or StrugnellCole?
    Is that the way to build business? Money gain but no service provided.

    Salon kept rescheduling my appointment until voucher expired

    Warning do not use Spreets, they are dishonest, keep your money and are virtually impossible to contact when you have a problem with a voucher. They are unwilling to help and take all options available to rip you off. There are far more honest and trustworthy internet sites available that this lot!! Should not even be allowed to trade!

    Point to note - after almost 4 months of constant hassling from my part I was finally able to obtain a refund, more out of principle if anything. Tip Never give up fight for your rights!

    Avoid at all costs, dishonest - just look at all the negative reviews!

    Still haven't received my product

    I purchased finish dishwasher tablets back in March 2012. When they didn't arrive, I rang the supplier and they said that spreets did not pass along all of the order details and they had never heard of me. I emailed spreets to find out what what going on and told me my product would be shipped ASAP but still didn't get it. I have requested a refund which they simply refuse to give and now, months later I have no money and no product! To make matters worse, I reported the issue to ACCC and haven't got any response from them either - so basically consumers are stuffed. Do not buy from spreets.

    I purchased Finish Powerball Tablets in March 2012 and despite numerous emails I still have not received the product. I could not settle the matter via PayPal as I was over the 45 day limit while trying to contact Spreets direct. I will never deal with this organisation every again and I urge other people not use them as well.

    Spreets are rubbish. The vouchers don;t redeem, there are numerous issues and glitches with redemption and finally when you inquire why the product has not arrived you get the run around and told it's your fault for not redeeming your voucher. Don't do it. I have lost my money only to be told :"you didn;t redeem your voucher". This is garbage, all vouchers were redeemed online and the products just did not arrive don't do it.

    Bought a voucher for a Google Android Tablet only to find out that after 300+ people have bought the same voucher, the supplier doesn't even have this in stock. Shocking communication - well none actually from Spreets. Would never again buy from them. Beware beware not worth the effort!

    Never trust Spreet!

    I had very bad experience with this company. I only bought two items. First time they told me the company's gone and would not refund money to me and only offered credits (it took me long time to get credits). Then I used this credits plus other payment to buy other product. After one month, they told me I should redeem the voucher which I never got any emails from them. And now they hold my money and refuse to refund/delivery the product to me. I never had such bad experience in Australia.

    Spreets are an awful company to deal with.

    I did not receive the tooth whitening vouchers.

    I made a PayPal dispute. One month later PayPal reply to say vouchers are not covered by their buyer protection.

    Vouchers were then expired any way.

    The Spreets 'support' is a complete disgrace, they have complete contempt for customers.

    If you must deal with these shady operators always purchase with a credit card and request your credit card company to charge back in the event on non-supply.

    10 weeks ago I purchased an iPad cover, after 4 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I contacted Spreets and they gave me the companies contact details and that they were shipping the order that week. After not receiving anything I contacted the company AMG Enterprises, they sent be a big sob story on how disappointed they are that Spreets hadnt told us the shipment would be delayed due to Customs. I don't care who's fault it is, Spreets is who I paid so they are responsible for their customers payments. Still to this day I have heard and received nothing? Buyer beware! Don't waste your time or money with Spreets!

    They failed to Book my Holiday and wont refund

    I purchased a Holiday voucher with Spreets for Tangalooma.
    I rang up and booked the holiday straight away. I spent 1/2 hour with a rep who was obviously new and kept putting me on hold. 3 weeks out from my holiday I went to organise my transfers to the resort only to find out they had no booking for me. Was told not to raise a 2nd support ticket and that the standard wait was a week for a response. That was 3 weeks ago, and after several emails, multiple phone calls I am still being sent between the agent and Spreets.

    Very poor customer service; Unhelpful; Inexperienced staff;

    I am waiting 5 months for delivery of an outdoor furniture set, [name removed] in the customer service team can't read his emails and what would take a trained and caring customer service agent takes him 2 weeks and multiple emails asking for data that was on my original request, telling me he has resent vouchers when he hasn't. Overall the service is a rip off, i'm several hundred bucks out and furious! Do not use!

    Everything! Customer service non existent, this is fruad, they take your money and do not supply service
