    Bought faulty earrings and necklaces. Told us to contact another company direct - that company said they have approved a refund. I sent the faulty jewellery back - been waiting 3 months and still no refund. Spreets won't answer my emails - I wonder if they have gone broke. Do not use this company.

    I use many of these types of sites and buy at least once a week. Spreets has let me down 3 times. Customer resolution is non existent. They take a long time to respond and will never accept that their site and the small print are at fault or omit vital informationn. With this website it really is a case of buyer beware.



    Bad customer service. Several vouchers had problems which customer service did not resolve.

    We purchased a restaurant voucher. The restaurant never answered the phone for us to make a booking. I thought we had lost the money because the voucher was expiring. I complained to Spreets. Although I had to wait for my refund I did receive it. Apart from this experience, all our other purchase have gone smoothly. Will purchase more in the future

    Was very disappointed after speaking to support support - waiting 2 mths for response from them to be told vouches sent but I never received them. Had issued me with replacement vouches but they were useless as they had expired but didn't bother to explain that to me just left me to try & redeem them. Poor service will not be dealing with them again.
    Good products but very poor service
    Poor service & not willing to try & rectify situation or help in any way.

    i purchased an umbrella from spreets on 14th november 2011 four months lateri still dont have it ive asked several times for spreets to give me a refund but they just ignore that part of the email and say were sorry you will have it very soon when i purchased it they said it would be two weeks delivery time so i purchased it thinking i would have it for the summer what a joke i have asked the consumer affairs to try and resolve the matter for me and they have taken up my cause
    i wouldnt recommend purchasing anything from spreets as they cant be trusted it seems one they have your money they wont let go of it
    they dont seem to try to help you very much

    No delivery of paid for deck chairs - Bought and paid for 4 deck chairs nearly 3 months ago for 2-4 week delivery from Tropical Furniture Direct in Bells Beach who will not answer phone calls or emails but are still spruking 'new' deals through Spreets. Spreets do respond on occassion with promises of delivery and excuses but nearly 3 months later we have had no chairs delivered. I recomend keeping away from Spreets and Tropical Furniture Direct. We are invoking Consumer Affairs next Wednesday and are seeking return of money plus costs.

    Ads are misleading. Spreets will not resolve issues appropriately. They do not have a phone number. They are based in NSW so all complaints are best directed to NSW Fair trading. Best to check the company they are advertising to make sure they are above board before you buy a voucher. I bought an offer of 10 premium teas for $49 (normally $117), plus a tea pot and a voucher to use off next order. What I got was under 100 grams of tea and a tea pot. Very expensive tea indeed!

    Misleading advertising, bad complaint resolution, no after sales service. Dont do it!

    Lodged a complaint and request refund 12 Feb 2012. Followed up with another email one week later.

    They still haven't responded - $120 worth of services not provided.

    I was a happy customer previously - now I am disgusted they have stolen from me.

    No reply - have taken my money, not provided services, not replied.

    i put in a request for a refund 3montha ago and have not had any response. i have emailed numerous times and have called and been told to email, their customer support sux, their is no support, bot recommended

    Quick to take your money, slow to reply to questions, no chance of getting a refund.

    Paid for some organic fruit end veggie vouchers, after paying for them and spending ages scouring through the veggie web site, only to find out they do not deliver to our area.

    On contacting spreets and giving them all relivent information, it took over 3 weeks for them to reply to us, then back and forward and back and forward go the messages. No fruit and veggie, no refund, nothing. $80.00 down the drain!!! Useless at customer service, very good at taking your money. No money, No fruit and veggie, No service, No care.
    Nothing, unless you want to torture yourself

    They are terrible. Almost 2 months now & still not delivered. They have given me 2 estimated time frames now. Never again will I order anything from them again. Rubbish excuses.

    I bought a great deal last year: "3 Chiropractic Visits" for $69. Since then I'm still a loyal customer of Chirosports. Heads up to Spreets for the deal.

    I got a voucher from Spreets but it turned out the company is dodgy - they never picked up my phone when i tried to make a booking. Other customers had similar experiences, judgning by their comments. I understand that it is difficult to avoid dishonest companies. But I thought that Spreets would support their customers' and try to solve our problems.
    I haven't heard anything from spreets for almost one week and have now discovered that they have also deleted customers complaints about the deal on their webpage.

    Spreets have apparently cancelled all vouchers for an online butcher. I have yet to hear anything from them after two days leaving messages. Pathetic service. Was given a direct number 0419 586 412, surprise surprise no return call.

    Still no response after 3 months

    The restaurant I bought the voucher for went out of business. I made the booking a week before and when I turned up the restaurant was closed. I sent numerous emails to Spreets between mid August and mid September and have not had a single response. Today I called the NSW Office of Fair Trading and have now completed a complaint form. They are aware of problems with Spreets. Hopefully this will get me a refund. I suggest anyone else out there with similar problems do the same. Companies like this should not get away with this sort of cavalier attitude.

    After intervention by the NSW Office of Fair Trading I was refunded my money by Spreets. I will never use them again.

    You will never get your goods, and they are uncontactable,they took my money immediately but supplied nothing, when you purchase goods you then have to redeem a voucher on line that they send to you, this is where you place your mailing address for the goods and in my case they said 5-20 days delivery, 25 days later I am still waiting, tried contacting twice by email, but it is returned to my inbox stating they do not check this email address which is on the screen, I have done this twice. I would never purchase anythink on line again.
