7.30am preheated and then filled with hot water all as per instructions. 12.30pm same day, water cool. A useless product for us. I emailed the Australian Business and 3 days later had no response since.
I discourage anybody expecting to buy this product to keep liquids warm or hot. As soon as we filled it with hot water the surface of the casing radiated heat which made us sceptical that the contents would retain heat.
Our product was unused, in the original box, and forgotten in a home cupboard for over 20 years. We tried it once and will not use it again. We consider it a useless purchase.
Purchased in January 2021.

in less than three years, it doesn't retain the heat anymore at all. not to mention no warranty honoured
It is expensive water bottle, and building quality seems declined. In only less than three years, it already doesn't retain the heat anymore. It is supposed to retain the heat. and how about the lifetime warranty? It was never there. I have tried contacting the manufacturer for after-sale warranty claim but 2 months has elapsed, no updates on warranty claim, they just got all sorts of excuses. Forget about it, just move on, avoid this brand. Not worth it.
Purchased in July 2021 at eBay for $79.95.
