Adel from Stegbar Rowville, Vic was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and had wonderful customer service skills . Adel offered a few options to have our bathroom mirror replaced, and professionally addressed all my concerns. Adel also happily gave me a quote for glass to be cut for my coffee table while attending to rectify bathroom issues. Thank you Adel, for making everything seem less complicated and for the wonderful service.

Jake from Stegbar Rowville in Victoria was on time, pleasant, professional and informative. The shower screen is yet to be installed however Jake considered various options until he recommended what would best suit the situation.

Contact with Stegbar (Harry.A sales rep Vic ) has been efficient and without fuss. I have been able to discuss my request and received support which has resulted in an order being placed in a timely manner. Harry has provided product knowledge and ideas to support my needs. I have ordered 4 individual items and been very please with the service, delivery and instillation.

Stegbar built in designed wardrobes installed by our builder. We put stuff on top shelf, admittedly a little heavy but the same as at our old house in the same situation. Shelf failed because the shelf supports were not positively fixed to the wall. It was only glued and not strong. We were never informed that only extremely light items could be put on shelf, no suitcases etc, the support fixing was inadequate and shoddy at that.

Robin from Tasmania gave great service and back up, price was great and delivery excellent, I never recommend, but this time the complete Stegbar was excellent, measure to delivery. I have already recommended Stegbar.

Robin a good man is Tasmanian representative. Western red Cedar is beautiful, but soft. Large window glass arrived weeks after frames, which were water marked. You can't contact head office .

We are builders in Tasmania that have used Stegbar products over 3-4 projects. On every single case we had nothing but problems. The Stegbar quality system is atrocious. Windows damaged, flyscreens damaged. Take months & months to address & still waiting after 10 months or so. They are terrible!

We've been trying for 18 month to get the Stegbar rep to come and give a quote. Never returns our calls. Absolutely useless and deplorable service. There is not even a head office you can ring to complain. The franchise is based in the north of the state and he obviously finds it too difficult to get to the capital city. We were wanting to get all the windows in our large house replaced with double glazing but not with Stegbar now. We would rather go where you can get reliable service and with a business that treats its customers well. Looking at all the reviews it's plain that this company obviously has some major issues and we are not prepared to trust them to install or follow up on their product.
