Andrew and Steve were professional and friendly. They manoeuvred a large floor to ceiling mirror into our en-suite and installed. It looks amazing. Thanks kindly to them for making it a seamless process.

Have used Stegbar windows and doors in our owner built house & 2 extensions for 30 years. Back again for another two rooms. Vanessa at Rowville has been terrific, friendly knowledgeable and competent. Knows her products. Thanks Vanessa - good dealing with you.

Installers(Andrew and Steven) were fantastic. Splashback was installed post Handover with great care for the surrounding finished cabinets, floors etc.
Plus, it was late on a Friday, and the guys still showed a great work ethic. Clients were rapped.

Nella at Stegbar Bundall has been more than helpful throughout our window ordering process, made changes promptly and effectively and always had good advice.
Pleasure to deal with and will be using Stegbar for all projects going forward.

I have just received a quote from Daniel for installation of glass louvres for my balcony. As I am placing the quote on hold for the future I cannot yet comment on the standard of the job... will do in due course, but am very heartened so far by the courtesy and excellent service displayed by the rep, Daniel. Andrew and Steve installed glass splashback. Very friendly, arrived on time and even pstiatly waited/helped remove range hood that prevented glass going in.Jake was sales rep and always pleasure to deal with. Only glitch was several of false starts with install dates for shower screen, but a sign of busy times for Stegbar I suspect.

I'm an estimator here at Stroud and dealing with Riley the rep from Stegbar has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to customer service. He is always there to help, whether via email or over the phone, and is so quick at fixing issues when they're brought out on site, if any.

I am a local builder based in the bayside and inner suburbs of melbourne. I use stegbar for all my wardrobe needs. The rep, Jake is easy to deal with, has great product knowledge and always does his best to provide me with the most competitive quotes possible. Customer service during and after the install is also fantastic, Jessie does an excellent job sorting out any installation or maintenance issues from the office!

They have come out numerous times, each time with the servicemen having no idea what they are actually doing at the house so I've had to continually explain what the problem is and what has previously been done. They have changed the seals a few times and have now turned around and said that they can't find fault so are stating it's not the window that is the issue and are trying to pin it on a flyscreen vibrating to make this noise.
Would not recommend Stegbar to anyone.

I have been impressed so far with the customer service of all levels from Sales to the team at Installations. After I made contact to have my doors replaced the level of service has been prompt, detailed and informative. The team work together cohesively to provide me with all the information I need relating to the quotes, installation timeframes and easy instructions to make payment. They have also been flexible in my situation as I need them to work around other modifications I am currently doing to my premises. I'm looking forward to having the doors installed and finished. Have been impressed so far.

Thanks so much to Nella from the Bundall Showroom - awesome customer service and my emails were always answered quickly and efficiently, often followed up with a phone call to check all received and understood. We contacted several other companies, some I am still waiting to hear back from (weeks after initial contact) and others took over a week to send me an initial quote.
