I rang up in the morning to source an acrylic strip for the bottom of my Stegbar shower door, and after describing the part to Matthew, he very kindly offered to source the product within the company and then phone me back sometime later. In less than 15 mins I received a call from Rodrigo at the Stegbar Chatswood store informing me that they have the strips there for me to pick up. Both Matthew and Rodrigo were extremely helpful and courteous. It's refreshing to know that there is still service out there. Thank you again guys.

Stegbar Moorebank were the best company I have ever dealt with. When they promise that they will turn up at a specific time they certainly did.
Marcello provided an excellent service, and everything as done to our satisfaction. Their after service was excellent, when I asked for a part to replace my second shower door, Marcello was very helpful and turned up on time as usual.
If you are after a shower screen you can’t go pass Stegbar.
I would rate Stegbar 5 Star or six if there is one.

The Taren Point team have done a great job adapting to our changing brief and delivering as quickly as they could. They've been responsive and incredibly helpful with our two wardrobe orders. They have come out numerous times, each time with the servicemen having no idea what they are actually doing at the house so I've had to continually explain what the problem is and what has previously been done. They have changed the seals a few times and have now turned around and said that they can't find fault so are stating it's not the window that is the issue and are trying to pin it on a flyscreen vibrating to make this noise.
Would not recommend Stegbar to anyone.

Requested a quote on the week-end and got an almost immediate response. This was unexpected and has me very interested in the product given the enthusiasm shown by the company

Stegbar chatswood team (Rob) assisted us in solving our old sliders. He is a real Gem took time to recommend the right product and followed up throughout the process. I highly recommend Stegbar.

Stegbar left us with doors that did not lock and let in air for 8 weeks while the NSW bushfires were at their worst. This compromised our security as well as our health, including that of a 10 month old baby. I had to constantly chase for updates, there was zero proactive communication. I wish we'd done more research and used a different company as the final product is very heavy and hard to slide, and the fact the customer service was non-existent.

I needed a couple of parts for My Stegbar showerscreen and had just about given up, but Natalie at Taren Point had just the parts and was amazing with her service and had the patience to track down the parts required. Thanks Natalie, saved me buying a whole new shower screen.

Ordered a bunch of windows - windows were delivered on time. Required glazing post installation, glazing was postponed multiple times and is still outstanding. Promises made and broken, uncontactable and non-responsive. Terrible experience.

No urgency to resolve from Stegbar given we had to pay 100% of the cost upfront.

Still waiting to hear from anyone at Stegbar.

I rarely write reviews, but when my Hiro doors were installed, the quality, the appearance, and style were of the highest standards. Thus they deserved a review. I bought some Stegbar cedar sliding doors for my shed 2nd hand and the rollers need replacement. I called Chatswood store and the staff was very helpful and identified the parts quickly. Paid and picked up the first pair, spent less than 5 mins in the store. I then went in to buy 2nd pair for another door, my experience was also the most pleasant and wasted no time at all. The doors are very solid and I have no doubt they will serve the purpose for the years to come. All in all, extremely positive experience from very professional staff for customer service. Very happy to write this review and support a professional team of staff.
