Wrecked banana
They have changed the formula. Powdery taste and not banana! Tastes yuck. Not buying anymore.

Scam 6 pack and terrible new flavor
Absolute scam from streets here, pack size reduced to 6 pack for a similar price the 10 pack was on sale for!!! Wow, we must be dumb if a company thinks something like this is going to fly. Terrible new flavor/texture, I honestly didn’t even finish mine, and will be returning the rest to woolworths.
Purchased in October 2021 for A$5.00.

Changed flavour... not happy
The flavour has changed since the change to brown wrappers. Strange creamy taste but no banana taste at all any more. Not buying again. Please DON'T change rainbow or chocolate. They are still ok.

Not Happy, Streets
We bought a box of Streets Banana Paddle Pops, and when the box was opened we found the first change - the wrapper is brown, not yellow. Looks like a colour more suitable for caramel flavour.
The flavour is different, and not particularly pleasant. The consistency has changed, and is more friable and breaks easily.
Overall - not impressed with the new style. Please change it back.
Purchased in August 2021 at Coles Supermarkets for A$5.00.

Please change back to old recipe
My partner and I got a pack of banana paddle pops tonight and the amount per box has changed and even the wrapping colour of the paddle pop. We thought it was chocolate because of the colour of the wrapper then opened it and it was a banana but tasted different, creamier but not the same taste. Please change it back to the original recipe we loved it but this one was horrible.
Purchased in August 2021.

Like eating chemicals
I bought a box of banana paddle pops as I found myself in Woolworths after always buying coles banana ice creams, which are delicious I might add. I was shocked that this main brand does not even come close to the coles branded banana paddle pop. I can’t believe anyone at streets who has tasted these things could ever put the streets name on them. I ended up throwing them away because they just aren’t edible. It tastes like they were laced with nail polish. Get your act together Streets!

Still as good as ever
I’m 23 and remember eating banana paddle pops as a kindergartener. No artificial colours or flavours anymore so even better, if only the size hadn’t shrunk a bit as I need two to get my fix!

How embarrassing for Streets to be turning out such garbage.
I will focus on being factual and objective... Streets Paddle Pops are garbage...This is from someone who has been enjoying for 50 years.

Terrible
I have not had a Streets Banana Paddle Pop for 20 years and decided to try one for nostalgia's sake. It tasted very artificial to me, nothing like the old creamy banana paddle pop. It says there is nothing artificial in it but I could not finish it and had to throw out the rest of the packet by melting them down the sink. Consistency was softer than the original, colour was more yellow than the originaal, taste stronger and more artificial than the original. Very disappointing.
Artificial taste.

Excellent
Great treat for kids as they have no artificial colours or flavours. They are good size for children and are light in colour so that they don't stain clothes as some of the bright coloured more 'icey' ice blocks do. I would not hesitate giving my son one of these for a treat. They were a favourtie of mine as a child too and I still love the banana taste. They also don't break the bank as they are reasonably priced.
These are fantastic for kids. If I buy my son an iceblock from the local store I buy a Paddle Pop (however he normally goes for the rainbow one). I really like the banana flavour. They are a well priced treat.
Can't think of any cons.

Excellent
I've never liked anything banana flavoured, not the fruit or the lollies, however this was different. This ice cream is very refreshing after dinner.
No artificial colour or flavour. I've never tasted an ice-cream with such mouth bursting flavour so I like that unique aspect. The Paddle Pop's are usually one of the cheapest ice creams at corner shops and supermarkets.

Have banana paddle pops recipe recently changed? Recent banana paddle pops (bought 2 August 2022) tasted different.

I ave already reviewed the Banana Paddle pop it is now disgraceful.half the size and no flavour. Would rather Coles Home brand. This is coming from a 70 plus yr old who had her first paddle pop over 60 yrs ago, I love my ice creams and dont care what I pay for quality.
