Purchased the Sunbeam Copper Infused Air fryer on the 28th December 2022. Used it 3 times. Now won’t work. The button the open the door is cheap and nasty. Waste of money. Not happy

Purchased in December 2021 at Target Australia for $129.00.

I just bought a fryer from Target, it was a display model as new units are hard to find in today's virus situation. No manual but I downloaded one ok. It was not obvious that the drawer would open without releasing the plastic switch guard as the drawer fits tightly and the guard can only be moved when the drawer is open. well I figured all this out but now find that the cord does not retract into its recess and it cannot be pushed in manually. Is there some way for me to fix this?

just to advise you that the fryer"s drawer seems to have been damaged whilst on display. I discovered this today when washing it before use. With the cord also not retracting I am going to have to return it to the store. Are replacement afp4000 wh fryers available? I have now returned the fryer to target and got a refund. please let me know when these fryers will be in the stores again

Hello Deb,
I haven't heard of this problem with the air fryer, all our reviews have been glowing. So I suggest you take it back for a replacement.
