Purchased the Swag Voyager 2 demo model early 2018. Have been away 3 times now. Had some teething issues but these have been overcome with the assistance of staff at Swag. Mine is the basic model which i like. I'm getting better at set ups and pull downs. Mostly put up myself. It tows quite well. As I cook the stove is very good. Mines the 4 burner. I have had the Voyager Deluxe 2 for over a year and I thought it was time that I write my "personal" view and experience - the service and help from the people that work has been great from Jim on Sales and Jason with service and repairs.
I had a couple of warranty repairs and not a problem dealing with anyone.
The Camper has survived the test of the Gibbs River Road and apart from the schocks sleeves coming loose and loosing a D-Shackle from the suspension it gave no hassles and there were 2 adults and 5 kids.

We upgraded from a different companies soft floor model to the Swag Voyager II - 2015 model - as we felt this forward fold camper would be easier for us oldies to set up. Previous owners had installed a lift off cargo basket on the front box, and had plumbed the gas, which with new tires was a big plus. We brought a swag camper from the Brisbane show, we had been looking for a camper for over 3 years and could not find one with everything we wanted, that suited all the family needs. Ok if you like sleeping in a puddle. Camper has leaked and i mean leak like a tap on since day one was told to season canvas wet and let dry so the stitching would seal. It has been wet and dried about a dozen times now but don't think its going to seal when you can see daylight through stitching. Good camper if you are a handyman/mechanic/frabricator these campers must have been put together by complete amateurs. My wife and I spent weeks researching camper trailers and after checking tare weights, ball weights and features we settled on a swag osprey rear fold trailer. Tare weight 760kgs, we were quoted a ball weight of around 85-90 kg, perfect as our ball limit is 100kg. We paid the deposit and ordered the trailer. A week later we picked the trailer up and noticed it sat very low on the tow bar and handled like a bowl of jelly. I have owned my Swag Camper for 4 years now and I did have issues but they were minor.
The service from Swag was at best ordinary, minor problems we had they didn't want to know about.
All the locks on the camper had to be replaced, the Struts were stuffed and no instructions on how to put the material together were provided. But the trailer is good, it has held together well and the canvas has done its job.
This camper has endured some fairly heavy rain events and did leak but this was due more to the severity of the rain/wind.

The Swag has had some issues, but none that would cause an off-road adventure to be spoiled. We've repaired the water pressure pump and a number of similar technical defects (there is evidence of shoddy workmanship at the assembly point, since these are imported and assembled locally), but the trailer has really proven itself on the tough stuff, towing well and handling some very tough roads. Had 3 Campers and they all leaked, water leaked around windows in sleeping area. Swag did however replace the tent each time but the last time prior to going into court I came to an agreement with Swag to put the next tent up to be sure it didn't leak before it was delivered to me but this wasn't done and as a result this tent again leaked. We went back to court and the magistrate decided that It was to be taken back by Swag for them to put up to inspect but it didn't leak in the time that they had it, so it was returned.
