Good TV takes quite a while to start up

published

Good smart TV, takes quite a while to load, but what I like most about it is the sound bar which outputs quite nicely. The picture is pretty good. HDMI is flaky and frequently won't detect plugged in devices. The headphone jack didn't work out of the box either. Built-in chromecast is a fairly old and incompatible one. Overall it is OK.

Purchased at JB Hi-Fi.

55C6US (55")

We have the 55" and the graphics board has just died. Picture is rolling in menus, streaming and freeview channels. After a factory data reset I can't find a solution. Contacting TCL and the place we bought it tomorrow but I'm pretty sure it's just out of warranty. Can anyone suggest a fix?
