Good TV takes quite a while to start up
Good smart TV, takes quite a while to load, but what I like most about it is the sound bar which outputs quite nicely. The picture is pretty good. HDMI is flaky and frequently won't detect plugged in devices. The headphone jack didn't work out of the box either. Built-in chromecast is a fairly old and incompatible one. Overall it is OK.
Purchased at JB Hi-Fi.

Good price for a good tv
This tv is really good but was suprised that for a smart tv the internet option isn’t the best it lagged a bit but after the new update it disappeared altogether but despite that it has amazing 4k quality and the built in speaker is really good .theres an app store that allows you to download games and other apps and has netflix and youtube already built in the tv it also comes with 3 different hdmi ports which is good and 2 different usb slots and it also can be connected to your phone so you have a spare remote on you all the time
Purchased in February 2021.

Could be a perfect tv but.....
This TV has much potential but tcl does not seem to care enough to provide firmware updates to fix bugs. Picture and sound quality is good but us let down by software flaws. The TV cannot read external hard drives since a firmware update 6 months ago. This could be fixed but tcl just doesn't care. Tcl please provide firmware updates to fix these issues.

Great product, Great price
The item is worth its cost. Sound quality, picture quality, functions easiness, is great. Got all new features and user friendly. The cost is under budget and as good as any top end tv's.

Very good product which worth the value
I bought this TV with a good discount from JB HiFi and am very happy with it. It is equipped with android which gives you enough flexibility in app installation. I needed to install some apps with APK files. It is a bit slow sometimes but when you check the price tag you can convince yourself that it is good enough. Also 3 years of warranty gives you some confidence about quality.
I suggest that buy an air mouse from ebay which helps you a lot with navigation, keyboard input and gaming.
You can install Android TV Remote / T-Cast apps on your phone or tablet to experience the luxury of wifi remote.
Purchased in January 2021 at JB Hifi Home for $670.00.

We have the 55" and the graphics board has just died. Picture is rolling in menus, streaming and freeview channels. After a factory data reset I can't find a solution. Contacting TCL and the place we bought it tomorrow but I'm pretty sure it's just out of warranty. Can anyone suggest a fix?
