I received my Cook4me+ today and l have read all instructions. I unpacked the machine and then turned the handle to the unlock position and tried to open it. It opened about 2cm and would not go any further, so l was wondering if something maybe stopping it from inside as all of the rest of the items are inside of the cooker. I will not force it, so l am looking for some advice as to what l can try without force please. Thanks.

I have accidentally poured water into my Tefal without the pot in it. The water has leaked out through the vents underneath. Has anyone else been as silly as myself and done this? If so, what did you do? Suggestions welcome from all! Thanks.

So I am really confused. I just purchased this machine and I have tried four of the inbuilt recipes. The ingredients are been added to a T but when I try to cook the recipe it keeps telling me to add more water. So I add more water and it happens again, I add more water and then my what is meant to be ten minute cooking time turns into another 20 minutes because it is so wet..... Is my machine dodgy or is this normal?

Try stirring the meal and let it sit for 5 minutes before eating.

Did you know that the programed recipe for Mushroom and Spinach Risotto doesn't tell you when to but the rice in. Also what are you supposed to do (after following the recipe) when a message comes up that there is not enough liquid?

Hi Carolyn,

When it comes up there is not enough liquid it will usually release the pressure. So you are able to open the machine and add more water.

I have made a risotto with the machine previously although I cannot recall if it was specifically the spinach and mushroom recipe. I cannot recall having any issues.

Good luck
