Dirty Mattress
I received the queen mattress I purchased from Domayne over the weekend. The mattress is boxed with a clear plastic covering the mattress. When I unboxed I can dirty footsteps all over the mattress through the plastic bag. I don’t know how the warehouse can box a dirty mattress at first place. Since the old mattress has be removed when I got the new one. I had to sleep on sofa when I paid so much for a great mattress. It’s a very unpleasant experience.

I'm amazed as to how a new mattress can be covered in dirty footprints, once manufactured in our factory in Demark, the mattress is sealed and boxed. It's near impossible for this to occur.
