Fad diets no more!

published

I just happen to come across a video on FB with Deborah Murtagh explaining her food programme. It was my lucky day as 4 weeks in I have lost 8kg & gained lifetime worth of knowledge. She is fabulous in so many ways. It all makes sense & is so easy to follow. You won't do another fad diet ever again. Promise. Loving life and Deb!!
There are no pills, gimmicks or magic potions though, just real food, the desire to lose weight and a LOT of support and love from a group of amazing women with the same goal.

Life Changing Program

published

Without a doubt this is the best $297 I have ever spent on myself. I was one of the most skeptical women going into this program, but two weeks into it I had lost 6.3kg and menopausal hot flushes and night sweats were gone - not just diminished - gone. I am never going back to my old lifestyle. At time of writing this review, I am now 25kg down in weight, wearing size 6-8 jeans and have my 20-something body back - size wise. I can't thank Deborah enough for this program. If you're a pre, peri or menopausal woman, jump on board. Bring your skepticism with you (with a lid on it) and prepare to be amazed.

Lose up to 10kg in 8 weeks & change your life forever

published

I have struggled with my weight all my life. Since discovering The Ketogenic Switch in May of 2017, I have lost 50kg and never once has it felt like hard work. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a really healthy, fantastic change... originally aimed at pre and peri menopausal women, TKS has evolved over time and is based on the over 25 years of research by the incredible Deborah Murtagh. Please don't hesitate - you will not look back.

Hi, I am not vegan but this program caters for various food choices. And it depends on what stage of the program you are on as to when you can have wine. As for fermented foods they are highly reccommended at a certain stage of the program.

Hi Joolz59. I am vegan and i’m following the TKS program. As a vegan, you’ll find that the detox phase offers little variety in your food choices. However, as you move to the active weight loss and healing phases, you’ll start reintroducing food groups that are staples for us vegan such as nuts. I decided to bite the bullet and ate pretty much the same meal for 14 days in detox. It was easier than what i thought and it went in a flash. Overall, i’m impressed by TKS. In my mind, vegan and keto were not compatible. I subscribed ready to fail. TKS proved me wrong.

AU$70 for the first month. Then it is your choice whether you go further. The information in the first month is invaluable and you can just continue with that if you choose, and master your Own weight and health.

Thanks for the information

It’s not actually high fat. It’s “good fats” so no. But it will help alleviate most inflammatory issues
