I use the blender, smooth and thick to my liking. I have celiac disease, it's gluten free. Losing belly fat! Half way to my goal! Strongly recommend for weight loss.

The strawberry one is the only flavour that was ok. The coffee and banana were vile. The chocolate and vanilla not much better. Left an unpleasant after taste. Also caused gas but good for bowel movements.

I love strawberry coffee Next banana to try. I love the flavours and the easy meals. My husband is on man shake and loving it as well. Is great i have more energy.

November 8th 2022 Update: Life time goal feeling great at 54 years old

I love this product. I am now down to double figures and 2 sizers smaller. My hubby going great he is down 25kg now. So glad we tried it. The results are excellent. So easy simple. I walk every day thats it. When i reach my goal weight i will always monitor and if i put on a bit straight back to the shake.

Used for 8 weeks, terrible taste, no weight loss... Very disappointed.
Lady shake states "if you want to lose weight and keep it off you need the lady shake??
Weight loss is 90% what you consume. I've consumed lady shake, no results.
***lady shake also states "do not guarantee that any content on website is accurate or useful.. You can say that again. Total waste of money $155.00 and time...

I cant believe so many negative reviews, I love the Lady shake my favourite, being Strawberry and Vanilla, I mostly mix with coconut water but some times just plain water as I live in Rural NSW and cant always get Coconut water. I sometimes mix with Berries, Banana, Ginger and Cinnamon. I have lost 15kg since April and have 5kg to go. Very happy with my progress and cant praise it enough. I feel well have lots of energy, and am now off my CPap machine. Thanks to Lady Shake and have recommended it to so many of my friends, and my Son is on the Man shake.

After reading many mixed reviews I purchased the sample kit from Coles. No matter how much water is added (recommended or more) the shakes are extremely thick and taste awful.

I've tried the vanilla, strawberry & chocolate shakes. Whilst they're nice and thick and fill me up for hours, but I find them all way too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth)...not in a nice sugary way, but in a sickly sweet saccharin way. I'll be putting natural yoghurt in the next one and hopefully that will help.

I love my shakes, I have tried 5 flavours but Strawberry would be my favourite can mix other fruits with it as well, definitely a must try flavour, Give it a Go.

Purchased kit for $200. Had adverse reaction with severe constipation. Shake was revolting with the consistency of beaten egg whites. Bars were dreadful and flavours resembled a popular laxative bar. Was refunded $72 through goodwill only. Do not invest your money or hope in this product as the company is definitely not consumer friendly. You will lose your money but not them. They really don't care about you!!

I have this shake every morning for breakfast - 2 scoops, 400ml water and crushed ice. It keeps me satisfied until lunch and is delicious. Vanilla is my second favourite. You must try these shakes

I've tried, choc,strawberry, caramel, coffee and banana.
The caramel was my least favourite, the rest are very much yummy
Expectations are high, they keep me satisfied, no cravings and insulin has levelled

Fresh yummy thick shake, loved the flavours choc strawberry and vanilla and caramel was expecting it to be very watery tasting but nothing like that great product recommend to everyone.

I have just started to use Lady Shake love the flavours but my favourite one is strawberry.I have it for breakfast and one for lunch and feel full all day great product

I have tried the strawberry, choc mint, vanilla and caramel shakes. They all taste amazing, are so filling, and I find they curb my cravings for sweets! 4kg lost this month!
