I purchased the FRESHWATER PEARL HELIX PIERCING - 14k Yellow Gold and it is literally so stunning! Couldn’t be happier with it!
I was scared it might be a little too dainty and easily damaged but it seems pretty solid and I’m not at all worried now that I have it.
Definitely would recommend!

Loved the product but they are really delicate and my link broke in a months time am no longer able to use it - not sure if it can be mended and Littl has service that it can be fixed I live in perth Aus so not sure if the return and handling charges too. Thanks

I wanted to buy a small crucifix necklace for myself but definitely didn’t want anything too “in your face”. I bought the chocker style small cross necklace and it’s absolutely perfect. Beautifully made and excellent quality. It’s exactly what I wanted and I will definitely shop with The Littl again. I’ll also add that it was an easy transaction and I received my order very fast. I highly recommend The Littl.

I purchased some earrings and I had some issues with them. I contacted their customer service team and after a week with no response I followed up. Two weeks later I sent another follow up. That was over a week ago and I am yet to receive any response to my enquires.
The products are good as long as you don’t have any issues.

I was completely disappointed with my belly ring I purchased - the CZ hoop belly ring. It costed me around $90. I read their replies from the other negative reviews. I understand that these materials for the jewellery are ethically source and that might increase the price but that shouldn’t override the quality of them. They not only helped with a special request to make the gift extra special for my sisters wedding but were so friendly and helpful when I made the mistake of ordering multiple times, truely the best place I’ve shopped online EVER
As for the product itself, amazing quality and the amount of detail in the engraving is beautiful

I bought a pair of earrings from this site to wear to my wedding, and when they arrived they did not look like the image - they were a lot bigger, less delicate and cheaper looking than they appeared in the photo. The quality of the jewellery itself is actually really cheap and not at all what I expected.
What was even more disappointing though was when I tried to exchange for a different style, I was told this wasn't possible on earrings, even though this wasn't at all clear when I made the purchase. I'd warn anyone considering buying an item on this site that the photos do not look like the actual product, and if you're disappointed, you won't be able to return or exchange them. AVOID!

I brought over $200 of products from this store during Christmas for my partner. To say I was disappointed with the quality of the products is an understatement…

Seriously guys this is not a quality product at all. The necklace’s feel like something a toddler would make at pre-school.

The Littl purchase Chinese products at an average price of $10 then up sell claiming to be Australian hand made at $100+ Per product.

My warning to anyone do not waste your money! Please look through the reviews. I would usually support any Aussie business but this is a deadset scam.

I have got a few things from The Littl & I have been very happy with everything I have got. Pieces are delicate & I’ve never had an issue with any of my pieces so far. Shipping has always been super fast which is a bonus.
Will be buying more from them.

All I have to say is The Littl look after their customers. I am a repeat customer of The Littl and they have really looked after me when something went wrong. They obviously care for their customers and go above and beyond to give amazing customer service. I’ll continue to buy there as I am totally in love with their beautiful pieces!
