Scam - still waiting for refund for order placed 09/03/20
Exactly the same experience as other reviews. I placed a $130 order at the start of March. After many excuses and delays, I was able to buy the items I needed from a local supplier and asked to cancel the order. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls... the phone call is consistently cut off after 30 minutes, and nobody has replied to my emails. Avoid these guys like the plague.

I wish I’d read these reviews before submitting an order in March. Still waiting and they have not refunded money as requested. It looks a reputable site but now have doubts. Buyers beware. All reviews consistently report the same experience I had.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM!
Prices were gd and they had stock of my product so I ordered on 23/3/20. Tracking order provided was useless because the parcel never got sent. Number makes u hold and then when first in queue hangs up. Lodging a ticket gets you absolutely no where. No responds as I don’t think they get read. I left a ticket on 9/4 and then 2 others to saying cancel order, don’t bother posting as if been waiting long enough. Just today I received the order despite requesting it be cancelled and I opened it and missing items. Lodged another ticket for a refund that will likely Go ignored!
Go elsewhere or expect to be waiting months for your stuff.
Awful awful awful experience! Big mistake ordering from them.

This is terrible. After reading reviews i'm in the same boat as everyone else. Ordered 6x 1Litre hand sanitiser for my company on 6 March. paid by credit card. Two weeks later after I enquired how long before i could get delivery. sk what was happening with my order as I had not received delivery yet. Again Christine Kelly responded saying that there was issues with Lifebuoy sanitiser being sent from India due to borders being closed because of Covid19. She offered another brand Medescan which was going to be shipped to Australia via sea. Approx delivery to customers end of April. By this stage I found local company in Bayswater supplying to the public so i got some. I advised Christine Kelly that i had managed to find some in Perth and if I could please have refund. This email was sent on 9 April. On 21 April i sent another email asking for confirmation that refund would be done. I included the invoice paid. I have not heard from her since not even to acknowledge my request for refund or advise that stock of the sanitiser would be delivered end of April. I tried calling the Pharmacy but like everyone else cannot get through. Would rate zero if I could
Placed an order in later March for items arriving 1st April 2020. 24th April and th wordier has still not been sent. I have sent two online queries and neither have been answered. I will be disputing the transaction in an attempt to retrieve my money. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

2 months and no product they claim will be a week, won't give refund and not replying to my recent messages on their website. Very poor form.... will have to put in a dispute with my bank.. avoid at all costs.

Don't use them - SCAM Company
As per all the other reviews posted here, this company is atrocious. Ordered 6 weeks ago and product has not arrived. Cannot get through on the phone - on hold for 45 minutes and then it just disconnects. Are reporting to the authorities, along with most of the other reviewers. Beware. Don't deal with them.

I too preordered the hand sanitiser. Have used multiple ways to contact them, including the customer support form, emailing customer support and phoning them. Have wasted many hours just trying to get a response and still no reply or idea when my products will arrive, nor if I will get a refund.
I will never EVER use this site again.

Don't order from them
Ordered placed and paid for - for delivery in March. Nearly a month later no order received and despite many attempts to email and ring, no refund has been issued. About to complain to NSW Fair Trading. Understand they are swamped with orders but their communications are misleading.

Complete lack of service
Sadly I’ve had the same issues as so many others here. I ordered hand sanitiser to be delivered early April, but am still waiting. Tried calling numerous times (get disconnected after waiting for half an hour), emailing their customer support team and submitting a form via their website, but have had absolutely no response. I have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading NSW and have detailed all the issues that similar customers have experienced. Hopefully this might spur someone into doing something!

Don't waste your time.
This company doesn't reply to tickets. Their phone system only allows you to hold for 30 minutes before cutting you off. The whole operation feels like a scam. Don't waste your time and go elsewhere. Still chasing a refund for an order which is a month overdue which they cannot deliver.

Fraudulent
This company likely does not have stock and is working on the promise of pre orders. The dates for those pre order arrivals continue to be delayed but this is not communicated at all to customers. They ignore emails for request for information and the phone contact line no longer connects to their business.
It is unprofessional and fraudulent to accept payment for an item that you don’t actually have available to sell. I’m hoping that since I paid with PayPal it will be recovered. Don waste time with this company.

Have to agree with the others - unethical
I can only agree with everyone else here. I have spent half an hour on the phone only to be cut off. I've sent two emails, one of which was to cancel my order for santiser as I was so angry, and refund my money, and there is no answer. I have physically gone to the shop where they say goods will be received within a further week, despite having signs in their windows saying that they have sanitiser available in the shop. Their answer is that the goods were to arrive by air, but its coming now by sea.

a simple email would have helped but to be ignored on all fronts is so frustrating. They obviously could not supply the goods, however are sitting on a lot of people's money in a time where so many people have lost their jobs and are suffering. I agree with all that has been said about this business. With so many in isolation or out of work this organisation is taking advantage and I believe should be blacklisted by ebay. I have made multiple orders online over many years and have never seen anything as bad as this. I gained a refund after 4 weeks by enlisting assistance from Paypal who can exercise some clout with people like this. If I had used a credit card I doubt I would have got anything back. 0 stars for delivery, 0 stars for phone response, 0 stars for email response. What else can you say about a business like this.

Would 0 star if I could. Do not purchase from. Scam! Pre ordered for 2 weeks. 6 weeks later and nothing. Cannot get my refund, refuse to answer calls. Biggest SCAM EVER as they are continuing to take preorders with a set date of delivery yet are refusing to send to customers who ordered months earlier!

Don't use this website to order anything. I have ordered hand sanitiser on 24th of March but it has not shipped yet. I know there is a high demand of hand sanitiser in Australia but it was labelled as 'in stock' on their website. That is why I ordered from them, Then I emailed to know the status of my order but have not received any reply yet.

Unfortunately all the negative reviews are true - failure to supply goods
I like many of the others have ordered hand sanitiser and pregnancy multivitamins in March and I am still waiting. Meanwhile I am in my third trimester of pregnancy, have 2 days of vitamin supply left and am being ignored by ThePharmacy despite multiple attempts to contact them. This is the last thing I need being heavily pregnant...logdging disputes with banks and having to go out looking for multivitamins and hand sanitiser. Beyond disappointed.

This Organisation Appears to be a SCAM DONOT USE
Web site states goods available in 1 week. 4 weeks later nothing. Sent email no reply for 3 weeks. Ring wait for 1 hour and hangs up before answering. 2nd attempt 45 minute get to 1st position and they say they cannot answer and to email (which they donot reply too).

Being Ignored
We ordered baby formula around 13th of March, it was dispatched but still hasn't arrived as of the 19th of April. Our order after our first arrived but not complete.
We have sent countless emails, we were even told to contact the courier ourselves which goes against their online statement regarding delayed orders.
The courier was kind enough to look into it, informed us that our order never arrived to our destination from sydney but they needed to be contacted from thePharmacy in order to take things further to mske a claim.

File a dispute with PayPal. Their are time limits so get on to this. I am going to contact Fair Trade as these people have stolen my, and by the looks of it thousands of others email. They are hiding behind a CaronaVirus health curtain of “prioritising care facilities”.
I paid with AFTERPAY which does not offer protection. PayPal does.
