Ordered 3x50 Surgical Face Mask for my shop staffs. 2x50 came after one month (ACT). Send many emails, no ticket number comes back to track. Ring many times first thing in the morning, I will be put on queue. After 15-20min I get my turn and it just hang up saying unable to answer my call.
Stay right away from this company.

I support all comments above. This organisation is using COVID19 to profit. Their behaviour is breaking the consumer law and I am also reporting them. All this company has to do is send their customers a generic email to say they are experiencing major delays and provide all customers the option for a refund. However, no communication or responses to phone or email enquiries.

In my line of profession, a normal airfreight that usually cost $4k is now being quoted at $24k. However we are not seeing delays in sea freight. At least we communicate to our customers and offer them alternatives.

Every consumer has a personal story as to why their delayed order has larger implications. These product delays are getting very serious.

If you dont mind waiting weeks/months on end and enjoy not receiving any feedback to your queries then this is your ideal company to deliver just that!!

Just like the rest ordered hand sanitiser and as advertised on their website stock was to arrive 1/4/2020 and surprise surprise its the 16th of april... followed up with and email for an ETA... no email.. no return calls.. NOTHING

Automated phone system to cut you off for 30 mins, even if you are first in q.

Same issues with hand sanitiser.

Obviously profiteering off COVID. Avoid at all costs.

1. Order placed on the 4th March 2020 for delivery to Springwood NSW for:
2 x Dettol Instant Hand Sanitizer with Chamomile 50 mL
1 x Ego Aqium Gel 1 Litre Pump Pack with Aloe - PRE ORDER ITEM - END OF MARCH 2020

2. Followed up on 6th April 2020 and raised a ticket on their site, as suggested and awaited follow up

3. To date no feedback received and escalated to phone call and wait 40min on the line and progressed from caller number 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 only to be informed that they were too busy to take the call and the call will now end.

4. I will now lodge a request for refund and a compliant with PayPal.

Ordered and paid for hand sanitizer 26 March 2020. Said available 7 Apr. Heard nothing so used their online contact form to inquire on 14 April. Two days later nothing - not even an update email to explain delay. Will be reporting to NSW consumer affairs (not sure if that helps??)

Ordered item 2 Mar 20 (in stock). Called up to query before end of Mar, they said it will be delivered by mid Apr then emailed to say it will be end of Mar. Contacted first week of Apr, now mid Apr still no response.

I bought sanitiser back on 4 March and was still hoping it might still be coming. Haven't had a reply back from follow up. From what I'm now reading from everyone it's not coming. Very disappointed - they need to let buyers know what's happening.

I preordered hand sanitiser on the 19/3 for stock to arrive on the 31/3. Waited and heard nothing from them. Tried contacting them via email, Facebook, contact us page and phone. No one answers or the phone line is disconnected. No response via email, Facebook or contact us page. I’m still trying to get a refund back.

Really wish I read these reviews before ordering. Same story here. Ordered products that have never shown up. At this stage I'm just asking for my money back but can't get a reply. These guys are either a scam or really don't know how to run a business. Even if there was a legitimate excuse for the delay, explain it to your customers. Keep them informed. Apologise. Allow them to receive a refund if you can't supply what they've paid for.

I purchased some hand sanitiser products from this website. I was told there was a delivery date of end of March. To date I have not received the items and have not received a reply after sending an email requesting an update as to what is happening. Seems to be an unethical website.

I have ordered few items from this site. It has been 4 weeks, no updates on postage, I sent the email, called them, left many messages, still nothing.
I bought this through afterpay, I requested for a full refund and stop the transaction immediately. In a process of getting the money back. Sont waste your time. Rubbish website. It is my first time. Probably scam.

They are shamefully taking orders for Covid-19 supplies and can't deliver. Do not be tempted - ignore the dates they have for stock arrival as they are not accurate. When I called and waited on hold a few days ago I was told I would need to wait another month after the date they had advised and they don't contact customers as they are busy and can't get ships here any faster. When I came across these reviews and also found the social media and phones down I raised a PayPal dispute which seems to have been successful. If you are after hand sanitiser try local distilleries.

I will never use this company again. They are totally unethical and take money for stock they don't have. Unable to communicate as they don't answer emails. Unable to contact by phone.
Thankfully I paid via PayPal so will be able to retrieve my money. Had I visited this site first, I would never have ordered. My advice to anyone contemplating ordering from this mob is......DONT!

The 4plyx50 surgical masks I received were not matched with the product shown on website, it is so thin, more like a 2 ply than but I've paid the price for 4 ply surgical masks. When I called the company no one answered the phone. I want a refund or send me the right product. I've attached the mask I received compared to other surgical mask I bought from local chemist.
