Tile Cloud

I would just like to commend TileCloud on a) Their beautiful tiles, b) Their customer service on the phone and via prompt email replies and c) Their speedy delivery time in conjunction with the fact that they guarantee all tiles and will replace any damaged ones to which I had none. All aspects of this company is above the rest of all tile companies in the industry. I will not shop anywhere else for my next renovations.

We love all three types of tiles we purchased, the Paddington white terrazzo tile is beautiful and amazing quality and the sage green works perfectly against it. We also got assistance to choose the white matte bushgrove tile on the opposite wall. The end result was exactly what we pictured.

Buying tiles online would seem very risky but with TileCloud it was a breeze. They arrived earlier than expected, fantastic quality and durability. We used the Paddington Terracotta tiles and we receive so many compliments on our new bathroom.

I chose the Mollymook in grey for my front porch. I loved that it had the same style pattern as the original tiles which was important to me as I am trying to keep the original character of the house. The Mollymook in grey is not only gorgeous to look at, it also feels beautiful under foot and the quality is second to none. It has enhanced the street appeal of the house and I’ve had so many neighbours comment saying how much they love it. Cannot rave about this tile enough!

Unfortunately due to Covid we had to order some tiles without seeing samples. Thankfully they were all stunning patterns/colours and they turned out so well in our home. The team were so helpful in processing our order & assisting with grout choices.

We had been looking on Pinterest for some inspiration and most of our boards were full of tilecloud tiles. We then started choosing which tiles we liked and I thought we had nailed our decisions. I booked into one of their free interior design sessions to confirm I had matched properly etc. I was blown away with how much help it was. She helped tweak a few choices and gave me heaps of tips on things beyond the tiles. It was so good. We confirmed our order and it was here within a week. The tiles are GORGEOUS!!!
