Great product, reasonable price and my computer feels safe!
I use this on my lap top and mobile devices and it stopped all the pop-ups and pesky programs that kept installing themselves.

Didn't deliver
Bought 4 licenses of Trend Micro with email support from TechPrecision in Scoresby (worst IT company I ever dealt with. But was pushed onto them by trend micro).
I was very clear that we needed a TOTAL protection solution including email, and the salesman assured me that that would be the case. After 12 months of reiterating that it did not seem to be scanning emails the way it was promised. Both Trend Micro and the company I bought the software from admitted that, in fact, it was impossible to enable email protection in Outlook.

asked for a refund on the remaining term (2 years) based on the fact that I would have to change products to get the protection I asked for in the first place. Trend micro kindly advised that it was too bad. But offered to give me an extended coverage on their below average product instead. Salesman view was "oh well, you got a good deal in the first place..."

Cashback deal.
Bought this cause it offered $30 cashback - after installing this to my laptop i went online to claim my cashback deal only to find after completing the whole form it said Error and had to do it all again, then got an email saying there wasn't enough evidence to process claim! even tho i provided everything they asked, so i called them and got passed around and got no where, they said they would look into it, Then 10 days later got another email saying my process had been cancelled - so no cashback bonus and im not doing all this crap again to get rejected CON CON CON

Didn't do the job
I bought Maximum security for the second year in a row and 1 week before the expiration date I got a virus.
I called them and asked why I got a virus while I have an anti-virus? The replay was: before I pass you on the technician do you want to renew the antivirus?
At that point I was fuming, they were selling me something that I called to complain of. Is that a joke?

Anti virus software
The sales department of Trend Micro Australia try to have you buy the latest version of the anti virus software, when all I wanted was to renew my 2012 licence for a further 12 months. 2013 version is $129.00, licence renewal is $99.95. Licence renewals should be priced around $60.00 if this company wants to keep happy customers. Software is excellent, but service from sales department is below average!

Has anyone received the Cash Back that ended Dec 2014 .......... Contacted them and still no cash back? OK Micro Trend looks like next time I need internet security I won't be buying your product. That is so dishonest to do this to your customers ....... Still waiting on Cash Back ...... maybe this company is having money issues !!!!!

Try buying Trend Micro on E bay next time. I buy from a company called PC online. Bought Trend Micro 2015 version Maximum Security for 2 devices for $29.00 dollars which included postage. Delivery time 4 days. The best Trend Micro could do on the same product was $75.00 dollars and Office Works and Harvey Norman weren't much cheaper. Personally I don't worry about Cash Back schemes when I can get the same product on line at a far cheaper price. I would suggest check out PC online you might be pleasantly surprised at their deals.

After many phone calls and a long wait time the cash back was finally paid. .
For 2017 I was able to get a six devices internet security for under $60 with no cash back to worry about this year from Harvey Norman it was $130 retail sticker on it and was on sale. I now buy internet security mid year when it sells at the cheapest price.
