Lack of energy
I don't recommend this product at all. I ended up with cleaning with my hands which makes my kitchen cleaner. Please don't buy it. You will end up with facing on same situation like me.

Lacks power
Used it for first time today. Fortunately my shower isn’t too grubby but I was looking forward to giving the floor tiles a good scrub. Disappointed with the product. Lacks power and would only be useful if your bathroom is cleanish to start with. All the brushes are too soft, IMO.
The benefit was I didn’t have to bend down, saving my back and knees. The corner brush is good, but again, no good if you have corners that need a scrub.

Good, but not the be all and end all
I'm lazy and live alone rarely clean by shower, so when I do it's festy...I mean really bad.
So basically I get my shower cleaner trigger pack, spray the whole thing down and then go nuts with this mop on full blast. The newer upgraded model I have has 2 speeds but why anyone would want a lower speed is beyond me.
It's really good for those areas down low where soap scum and muck gets so thick you can ski on it.
On glass however, it's not wonderful, it's good but not wonderful. They need some kind of a hard sponge type of attachment that spec...Read more
ifically polishes glass so you can get the shower doors better but on tiles it's fine... It cuts down your cleaning time. I only bought it because I booked a cleaner to come around and do the shower but I think she didn't want to come back again. The main criticism is that it can be hard to move around in the shower to get the right angles as you use it as you're in a confined space.
Purchased in July 2021 for $59.99.

Turbo Scrub doesn’t last very long!!!
I have had to order two of these Turbo Scrubs in the last 2 years. They quit charging. Just wasted money buying them. This is true, nothing is made up or a lie.

Duluxe/Pro version 2 is actually good
Forget this version 1 of turbo 360, the updated pro deluxe version has significant improvements.
Version 1 of the 360 (shelf price $30-ish dollars) is under-powered but still works to clean surfaces. It just lacks guts in the motor. Can't press too hard against the wall or it stops spinning. Perfectly fine if you work within its limitations, it is still functional. I wanted more power though so immediately ordered the pro version and gave the other turbo away.
Applying pressure is not needed when you've got a 400+ rpm spinning brush. The ...Read more
weight is good, it's not light, but the weight is balanced. Two handed use will be normal for most users, except for times you need to reach to spots momentarily one-handed. Waterproof spinning head, you can stick it in a bucket of hot soapy water and clean/refresh the brush easily by spinning it while submerged. Finally. It would be interesting to know exactly how they achieve the water-proof motor, I guess this is a brushless motor? If you use good cleaning products, including those stronger gels, the brush will do well. It does get the black stuff off tile grout, and that's just by lightly pushing the brush. The high RPM means you don't need to press the brush hard to get effective cleaning friction.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

turbo scrub pro - does what it says
I purchased a turbo scrub pro a couple of years ago. It's good for the shower, bathroom floors, grout in between tiles etc . Comes with different heads for corners and flat surfaces. Nothing is as good as a hand held steam cleaner to get mould out of corners . but this is a scrubber. It will scrub, oscillating at a fast rate. It does what it claims. It has a long handle to reach the top tiles of showers. If you are older and you don't want to bend down then this is ideal. It is easy to manage, The heads sit quite firmly on the handle, so it r...Read more
equires a little strength to change the heads, it becomes easier with use. I still use a sponge on glass as I am worried that I might scratch the glass with the Turbo scrub pro, although I have used it sparingly on the glass and not noticed any scratches.. It is quite easy to use as it is not cumbersome.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Absolute rubbish
The thing barely rotated as the motor is so weak; even when you charge it for 24 hours. The motor cuts out after the slightest contact with a surface. What a massive waste of money. I’ve contacted the seller for a refund but I’m not holding my breath.

Perfect for hands free cleaning
Easy to use, cleans well. I done my shower and it came up really nice. This isn't a power tool, more of good way to wipe down ya shower rather than doing it within the shower. I used it on my basin too and it got some grime off around the hot/cold taps.
Best part was using it to clean the outside of the toilet bowl. Using the extension is handy so you don't get ya face near the bowl :)
Don't expect a power tool. It's not gunna remove mold!! Will make cleaning your shower easier.

Waste of time and money
Like many others I was hoping for a quick and easier way to clean the shower, particularly as I was about to have wrist surgery. Brushes do not rotate very quickly even when fully charged, tends to spray cleaner everywhere rather than create any real suds, the charge seems to last less time after every use and competely ineffective on tile grout even with the smallest brush. I also found the unit heavier than expected and had to use two hands if I used it for a long period, this was even before my surgery, no hope following it.
Results are inconsistent, some areas do appear clean others not so much. I have not used this outside the bathroom so cannot comment on its effectiveness in the kitchen etc.

Doesn't Deliver
After seeing this item advertised many times and reading the reviews from the TV, i thought 'why not'. I not one to buy from TV ads but took a chance. I read the instructs and charged it up over night. The first time i used it I managed to do everything i wanted. The second times, again after charging up over night, i only got through half before it ran out of charge. The next time it didn't even start. Waste of my money and time. Do Not Buy This Scrubber.

Turbo
This cleaning tool is ok. I was disappointed when I first tried it in my shower. It is a little difficult to handle because of the spinning action. It does spray the excess water/detergent everywhere, so be prepared and wear old cleaning clothes. It doesn't clean like you see on tv...but that is the magic of tv.

This is wonderful! No back breaking chores!
I am so glad that l purchased the Turbo Scrub. No more breaking my back to clean the bath.
At first it was hard to get the knack of how to work it, but it is a breeze to use. Cleaning is not a chore now. Brushes have to be cleaned after every use, which is not a bother.
I will purchase the extra brushes as the large flat brush will be better for the tile floors and tiles on walls.

Weak scrubber
I read another review that said it was pretty good. Wish I had seen this first. Very weak rubbing. Thought it was not fully charged at first the power was so feeble. Don't waste your money. Hard to believe this is the best they can do. Great external design but gutless motor.

Dud buy
Bought at a trade show. Has been a total dud. Battery does not charge for long and lasts all of 5 minutes if we are lucky. Definitely not worth the money. Steel wool and detergent better value!

Had high hopes. Left disappointed.
First things when you operate this scrubber is that the rotations seem slow and weak.
This was originally going to be used for the shower - which did its job but once I moved it to other cleaning tasks like the oven door, it's totally useless.
Didn't even get any of the built in food stains out, even with the rougher scrub attachment.
Thing is annoying to clean up as well

Tiles have never been cleaner
i saw the commercial on TV, and was slightly interested. Then I saw it stacked in the doorway of BIG W, guy at the door said his tiles have never been cleaner, and gave it his personal guarantee. I bought one. Works Perfectly. My tiles have never been cleaner. Works every bit as good as it does in the TV add.

A toothbrush is better
As others have said " Don't waste your money". It does not have enough power to get a lather up on the cleaning product that you have to use. I have thrown it in the bin after 1 use and reverted back to using a scrubbing brush.

Don't waste your money!
Very disappointed. Nothing like on TV. Just NOT powerful enough. Initially thought it hadn't charged properly as brushes rotate much slower that what they make out on TV. Don't waste your money. This product won't last long, perhaps that why they say buy 1 get one free which isn't true because they whack on $20 postage plus gst.

It does the scrubbing... no other machine does
I like it and use it every week. Scrubbed the bathroom tiles at half the time. The brush design could be improved, perhaps a polisher attachement perhaps. The battery life definitely did improve.

The Turbo Charger does not light when I plug it in I bought a new charger but nothing happened. What is wrong with it? I forgot when I bought it

I had one given to me now it will not charge
It flashes light when I move the connection plug. But will not stay connected. So it will not charge. I am nearly 80. So this was making my work so much easy. So it may only need a new plug. Or maybe it is the machine its self. I have bought products from you before
Thank you Melanie kempet

It could be either. If it's under warranty I'd be certainly returning it - they'll just give you a fresh one.
I wouldn't bother buying a new plug, the plug will cost you more than a whole new unit as they're usually around $50, less at BigW if they are having a sale.

Does anyone know where I can get a new cord for the turbo scrub 3602? I just moved and some how the cord was lost. I love the way it cleans.
