Not powerful at all

published

As is very misleading. Put just the smallest of pressure on the scrubber and it cuts out. Total waste of money. Took 48 hours to originally charge. Would not recommend

just average

published

Just bought this from eBay... here are the facts...

1. Good for average cleaning work, could work if you clean often so there want be much build up. this machine can speed up the process.
2. Would not recommend for hard clean if you let build up for a while and clean them.
3. Not recommend for grout cleaning at all, just use a tooth brush may be electric one.

Turbo Scrub is great, love using it. Gave my sister the second one but not as happy. She never liked cleaning. I found it did the job quite well. Somethings are tougher to clean than others.

Not fit for purpose, TV ad misleading

published

I purchased this product based on the TV advert claims. The TV advert is completely misleading. The product is not fit for purpose. When I contacted Brand Developers for a refund my request has been denied. I have reported this to the Department of Fair Trading.

I had one given to me now it will not charge
It flashes light when I move the connection plug. But will not stay connected. So it will not charge. I am nearly 80. So this was making my work so much easy. So it may only need a new plug. Or maybe it is the machine its self. I have bought products from you before
Thank you Melanie kempet

It could be either. If it's under warranty I'd be certainly returning it - they'll just give you a fresh one.
I wouldn't bother buying a new plug, the plug will cost you more than a whole new unit as they're usually around $50, less at BigW if they are having a sale.

Does anyone know where I can get a new cord for the turbo scrub 3602? I just moved and some how the cord was lost. I love the way it cleans.

You should try the manufacture, or go on the Turbo Scrub website.
